  We visited this spa as a couple and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and incredibly welcoming. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for throughout the entire treatment. Everything was perfectly organized, the massage was outstanding, and the ambiance made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the moment together. You can really feel the passion and high standards in every detail. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to coming back.   Today, I treated myself to a 70-minute nourishing hair wash and head massage session at the spa, and it was absolute bliss. From the moment I walked in, the soothing aroma and calming ambiance instantly made me relax. The therapist was incredibly skilled, applying just the right amount of pressure during the acupressure massage. Not only did they thoroughly cleanse my hair with pomelo shampoos, but they also relieved all the tension in my neck and shoulders. The entire experience felt like a deep meditation, washing away all my weekly stress. By the end of the session, my hair felt incredibly soft and my mind was completely refreshed. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a premium, rejuvenating escape.

  Absolutely relaxing and the vibes are nice. I did the 70 minute premium hair package which included a food soaking. The hair washing was so relaxing I think i fell asleep. My scalp feels so clean and the products used smelt amazing. Hair was dried throughly. The staff are all so sweet and amazing. I would come back if ever in Hoi An. Might stop at the Hanoi branch in a couple of days. Recommend booking in advance.

  My therapist name is Nhung and she is such an adorable lady. Highly skilled and polite. Nancy at the front desk was super accommodating and explained this clearly. I got the 30m back, neck and shoulder massage + basic head spa. And NOTHING was basic about it. It was so amazing 😍🤩 a very clean wash and seeing stars right now in the super serene outlet not wanting to leave. This momma on a break from kids is ever so grateful ❤️. Price isn’t as cheap as the smaller spas out there but it’s reliable and reasonable and there was no rushed feeling at all.

  Managed to secure a 3:30 pm Saturday booking via WhatsApp, and the response was quite prompt. One thing to note is that they have two outlets in Hoi An, both very close to each other. When I made the booking, they sent me the location to head to, but I didn’t realise it was a different unit from the one I had in mind—thankfully, it was just nearby. We went for a 60-minute aromatherapy session and a 90-minute premier course. As we were quite sweaty from walking around town, we asked if we could shower first. They advised us to arrive 15 minutes earlier, which worked out well. The shower area is separate from the treatment rooms, so my husband and I took turns before heading into the same room for our massages. The session started with a foot wash using a lime scrub, which was a nice touch. It was my first time trying head therapy, and I didn’t quite know what to expect. I found myself anticipating each step. It began with a dry head massage, followed by a facial, during which I actually dozed off because it was so relaxing. I woke up when they started washing my hair—it included two thorough washes. I did feel a bit bad for the therapist, as I could sense the strain in her fingers after spending a long time working with water during the hair wash. The 90-minute session also included a neck and shoulder massage with hot stones, and a heated eye compress while the facial mask was being removed. The only downside for me was the setup of the bed and sink. The headrest could move, and about a quarter of my shoulders were off the bed, which became uncomfortable after a while. Also, the actual room setup differed from what was shown on their website—the one online looked more comfortable, similar to a proper salon setup. Payment-wise, there’s a 5% discount for cash, while credit card payments incur an additional 3% charge on top of the 8% VAT.
