  Booked transfer Hoi An to Danang our driver Yun 117 was excellent. Pick up at hotel promptly and knowledgeable on way.

  During our visit to Hoi An we opted for 2 private tours; one to Ba Nah Hills and the other was Highlights of Hoi An. Both tours we were guided by the delightful and knowledgeable Hiep. We loved the beautiful scenery, lantern making, pottery, meeting local farmers and exploring the village. Thank you Hiep for making our time in Hoi An memorable, we will be back again and would recommend these tours to anyone looking for an authentic experience!

  I strongly recommend Hoi an travel to organise any part if your trip to Vietnam, perhaps your whole trip. I tried to organise from Australia but ended up going through Hoi an travel as they were most helpful, especially Mr Le. Nothing was too hard and arranged everything from tours, guides and transfers and much more. Furthermore when my daughter wasn't well they were most helpful in assisting us with medical attention and truly grateful and most appreciative.

  They totally cheated me at this company, do not trust them! I booked a bus ride from Hoi An to Hue in the morning, choosing for the longer trip (5 hours) that was 50% more expensive in order to pass through the scenic Hai Van Pass and stop at Lang Ca beach. The bus drove through the highway and the tunnel. So I paid more but did not get to see the Hai Van Pass. No way to claim a refund since I’m in Hue now. Please do not book with them!

  Do not book with this company. I went in to book a sleeper bus from Hoi an to Hanoi. I paid the price for the VIP cabin bus and got placed on the regular sleeper bus instead without getting back the difference in price. Customer service was horrible and rude. Will not be booking with this company again. Do not recommend
