  If you are looking for worthwhile tours in Hoi An whether it’s coconut boats or lantern boat rides this is it. Hanna was so amazing, informative and kind to us and captain onion phi & the family made sure we comfortable and enjoying ourselves on the boat rides. They let us play music through a huge bluetooth speaker and free alcohol was provided as well which was a bonus!! Thank you so much onion phi!!

  Throughout my travels, and I’m sure on yours, we have encountered tourist traps. Some of those tourist traps are things you don’t want to miss others are traps we wish we had. This is one of those tourist traps that you don’t want to miss. Please, take the time to do this with a family member or friend. You will enjoy it. The owner and his sister-in-law are great people and do a good job. My wife and I very much enjoyed the experience. We even got our “wedding rings” (see the pictures and, yes, it really was out wedding day) here today !! John | Explore Asia with V&J

  Amazing! They are the best! We have so fun! Hanna and her family are so cute, so kind and so friendly. We felt like home. Coconuts boats, lighters and karaoke top! Thanks you for everything ❤️🥹🤞

  I totally recommend these guys, we had the best time. We took a one hour boat tour with a BBQ, and it was totally worth it. They have a speaker you can connect your phone to, and it can be a calm romantic vibe or a party vibe, up to you. It was super cheap, and the family who organise it are really kind. They even gave us lanterns to float. We loved it for a pre-dinner trip, but you can also have your whole dinner on it.

  What an epic experience! We got exactly what we asked for something traditional and different. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and knows all the sites we went to so well and has such a good sense of humour which made every bit of time spent with him a pleasure. He went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to book with Onion Phi tours.

  We did the coconut boat tour and had a great day. Our guide Luna was a ray of sunshine. We spun around in the coconut and the ladies made us headbands and rings - so cute. Also they don’t take you to the crowded tourist trap area so I would definitely recommend.

  Captain Onion Phi, and his sister-in-law Luna led our superb birthday celebrations on the river in Hoi An on the national Vietnamese holiday. It was a delicious evening bbq your up the river for sunset and back to the old town, where we lit lanterns for wishes. Although we did start a small fire with one of our lanterns, we laughed, we sang, we ate well, and we were even more delighted when our Captain pulled in to welcome on board a delicious sunflower birthday cake for my baby sister. They went the extra mile for us and made the evening not just memorable but iconic. Thank you Luna and Phi, and your land crew. Kate

  We were approached by onion yesterday and can easily say we had the best evening ever on his coconut boat tour! The service onion and his team provide is great, loads of fun and such good value for money. Would recommend this tour to everyone coming to Hoi An!
