  Was looking for some help on how to get to HCM from Hoi An. The two ladies were so helpful in getting me sorted out within minutes at the cheapest price I could find. Beat out Google flights and other agencies by nearly $30 USD, bus to Da Nang airport included as well. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for travel help!

  Today I was recommended to visit Pink Cloud Travel and I couldn't be happier. Dung was like a breath of fresh air - and knows her job without a doubt. Nothing was too much trouble and she patiently explained to us 3 different ways a group of 4 could travel to Nha Trang. We chose the overnight train and will fly back to Hoi An at the end of our easy rider trip. If you are looking to buy tickets in any form - I would say to you - don't go past Dung and Hoi An Pink Cloud Travel 🇻🇳🙏🏍️ Thank you Dung for treating us with kindness, knowledge and patience.

  I have been using Pink Cloud for 10 years, they are the best. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly often going beyond to help you out. All my flights are booked through them. In a town where there are many agents, look no further.

  Michael Nguyen I have travelled many times in Vietnam and usually booking the ticket at Pink Cloud Agency Hoi An where I believe to offer the best price and transportation as well as staying in Hotels day and night with a good deal. The Manager and all her staff are friendly, nice...showing details the day, times correctly to the Customers very carefully.. I am really appreciate what they have done for me and I will recommend this place to my friends as soon as possible.

  I had only been in Hoi An, from Canada, my first stop on my SE Asia trip. I wanted to book a train from Hue to Nimh Binh. I had googled options, but couldn’t figure it out. I walked into this travel agency, simply because I walked by. Dong (one of the sales staff) was amazing! She explained all my options, including ones she couldn’t sell to me. I was hesitant as to the type of train I would take. So she showed my her personal videos, from her cell phone, on a trip she had done! It was so reassuring. She showed me how to read the train ticket, printed it for me and it all worked out exactly as she said. I highly recommend this travel agency. They (especially Dong) will only sell you what you need. And cost was the same, if I had done it online without her support.

  One of the famous agencies for selling air tickets, travel, and hotel reservations in Vietnam is Pink Cloud Travel in Hoi An where people can stop by to book the tickets as well as enjoy the food and scenery. Under the intelligent and dedicated guidance of Miss Dung and her experienced team, they have formed a good team that books air tickets, accommodation and travel in a reasonable and accurate manner. I will recommend this Agency with my friends as well as those who don't know it.
