  Hoi An Visa Run made the whole process super smooth from start to finish. The price was great, they provided a comfortable car for the journey, and everything was very organised and stress free. Their communication and service through WhatsApp was also super fast and efficient, which made everything really easy and gave confidence throughout the whole process. One of the best things is that the return trip back to Da Nang or Hoi An gets you home earlier in the afternoon compared to other visa run services, which makes the trip much easier and less tiring. They also provide pick-up and drop-off directly at your accommodation, which is super convenient. Highly recommend if you want an easy, reliable, affordable, and well organised visa run service!

  We had a top notch experience to get a very difficult visa pushed through for my Egyptian national husband. Im so thankful for the companies determination and persistence to get out paperwork done in a very very short period of time. Im confident if it was any other agency it wouldn’t have turned out the way it did. This is the kind of exceptional service that customers can only hope for. I couldn’t have a chosen a more competent, kind and reliable company to work with. There were many inconsistencies from outside sources that made the run unenjoyable. But the service of Hoi A Visa Run made the inconsistencies still turn out to be a top notch experience over all. We got seriously delayed and even the driver was gracious enough to wait on us without any poor attitude which we appreciated so much. If anyone needs to get their run done with a very reputable place. I would hands down choose them over and over again! Thank you so much.

  Great experience for a visa run from Hoi An by car! Nam was very efficient, quick to respond, and clearly explained the whole process for the Laos border run. They organized two separate cars: one for 90-day visa applicants (longer process) and another for 45-day visa-free travelers (faster), which made a big difference—no waiting around for others. We shared the car with just 4–5 people, crossed the border together, and the whole Laos exit and re-entry to Vietnam took less than an hour on foot. Pickup was at 3:30am from my home, and we were back in Hoi An before 4pm. Much smoother compared to larger bus companies. Nam was very attentive and supportive throughout. Highly recommended!

  A few days ago, I did another visa run with my family using Hoi A Visa Run, it’s such a game-changer compared to dealing with buses. It felt genuinely comfortable — especially when traveling with kids. Smooth and completely stress-free. The staff are really friendly, they communicate everything clearly, and every single thing happens exactly on time, just as they promise. It makes the whole visa run process feel easy and worry-free.

  I'm honestly blown away by this company (and you Nam!) — I've never experienced being taken care of at such a high level as i was yesterday when I realised I overstayed my visa and I had to emergency exit the country, get a new visa and figure all of that out basically in a few hours. I just sent a message to them to ask about my possibilities, and I was basically treated like the closest friend they've ever had — probably working over time to figure out the best way for me to get out of this mess: I was able to leave the country the same night, and they created my new visa while I was sleeping (just how they promised), and I'm back in Vietnam by tomorrow morning! Not to mention the emotional support and professionalism, I just knew that while I was waiting at the airport, people somewhere else were working to make my life easier, and I'm so grateful. 100/10 recommend to anyone who has any trouble with their visa Thank you Nam, you are amazing ❤️

  I had a terrible and honestly frightening experience with Hoi An Visa Run and I would never recommend this company to anyone. From the very beginning of the journey, the driver was driving extremely recklessly, constantly making dangerous overtakes and driving in a way that made passengers feel very unsafe. The situation became much worse on the return from the Laos border. During the drive, the windshield wiper on the vehicle broke just as it started raining heavily, which meant visibility was extremely poor. Instead of stopping to fix the problem or changing vehicles, the driver continued driving at speed in heavy rain with a broken wiper. We repeatedly asked the driver to stop so the issue could be fixed or so we could change cars. He refused. I contacted the agency during the trip and sent videos and messages explaining the situation, but nothing was done and the driver kept going. We were forced to drive in very dangerous conditions for more than an hour, with poor visibility and reckless driving. At one point I was literally shouting and begging the driver to stop the car because I felt we were going to crash. We had multiple very close calls with accidents. I have videos, photos and message records documenting everything. This was not just uncomfortable, it was genuinely dangerous and completely irresponsible. When you book a visa run, you expect basic safety. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
