I booked the 4-day yoga retreat and it was truly relaxing and vitalizing. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and carefully designed to provide everything you need, with generous rooms and a private balcony. The yoga lessons took place at the nearby Naia Yoga location and transfers were always arranged. It was possible to choose 3 yoga lessons each day from a range of classes and styles. I attended different classes with different teachers (including hatha, vinyasa, yin, pilates, and sound healing) and all were fantastic. The teachers were great and spoke English as well. As an add-on, you getto see the ocean from the yoga room, which is super nice and calming. The retreat also included a daily 90-minute massage, which was the best thing really! The massage was personalized and really helped relieve the tension from travelling and/or from the yoga. The food (3 meals per day) was also delicious and healthy. Dishes could freely be chosed at each meal. The only thing to note here is that vegetarian options were somewhat limited as many meals included fish or seafood. But still, there was always something to be found. One special thing to highlight is the staff, who were so lovely and accommodating. They really ensured my stay was as relaxing as possible and catered for special requests and needs. I highly recommend Naia - whether for a complete retreat or for a single massage or yoga lesson - to anyone who wants to regather some peace and calm. Although the costs are towards the high end, I would come back anytime!

100% recommend Naia Retreat and Naia Cafe. Had a 5 day retreat including accommodation, food, classes and massage. Excellent value for money, everything was top notch, a friendly helpful team, wonderful locations amongst the rice fields and by the ocean, they offered lifts and bikes to enjoy cycling around, the bedroom was bright, spacious, comfortable, large comfy bed, quality bedding, pillows and towels, very hot water with good pressure. The food at the cafe was very fresh, varied , nutritious, healthy and delicious all at once; yoga classes are varied through the day and each day different, delivered by knowledgeable friendly teachers. The massages were excellent too, and I'm picky. It was the most magnificent week I could wish for and the team deserves all the credit. I'm hoping to return in the future and it'll be as fantastic. Thank you Naia team, you're wonderful at what you do🙏

Mind body and soul 💚 i have really relished this beautiful spot . Excellent women who have cared for me in this stylish serene house. I was here for 4 days and 3 nights. Have had very good massage, attended the yoga studio and been fed here and at cafe. So glad and happy in this crazy world I found this beautiful bubble. Thank you 😊

One of the best massages we had in a while! Such a beautiful tranquil space, although amongst mosquitoes (🥹) we truly enjoyed every second of our time. Ladies were so kind and the fruits at the end were generous and so ripe. Wished we found this place sooner so we could come more!!

We had the perfect pampering on a rainy day! The massage was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌🏼✨

The definition of pamper! Had a hot stone massage + facial for combo skin. Massage was ok, they were quite gentle and caring with my body, ask for stronger if you need it! I just wanted to relax so it's okay. The highlight for me was the facial! It was so good from beginning to end, and I didn't expect that! They used premium products according to skin type. I also had a pimple cluster which the lady took care of very gently. My face is soft and glowing after. I'd go here regularly if i lived in Hoi An. Super worth it! Also the location is top notch, it's amidst rice paddies, even getting here was nice.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The massage was amazing, and the whole space felt rustic but so zen and calming, ideal for a few quiet drinks and a book. I especially loved the flower foot soak (forgot to get a picture, sadly!). It's great to know they have options for everyone, with group rooms (3 beds) and the private single room I enjoyed. The after-massage fruit and tea was a delightful and refreshing touch. Truly felt appreciated and relaxed!

Wow! A home away from home. I did a 4 day retreat here that my partner wanted to do, and I may of ended up enjoy it the most! If your on the fence about doing it, go for it, all the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms felt very open and calming. The food was so fresh and full of flavour. The high light for me was the sound healing ✨️ the massages and treatments are also of a high standard that rival some ive had in Australia. Would do again in a heart beat!
