  Location is good but rooms are dirty. Room services also not okay. Door lock also have problem. Water dropping from the ac vent. Same condition for all the rooms. Utensils are looks old fashion but I like that. It's give a vintage look.

  Very limited breakfast options, old types rooms, water dripping noise appears from bathroom. Not clean very well. Evening if open the window for fresh ait then insects and mosques come in the room. But at the front of hotel nice garden for walk, exercise and play. Location of hotel in down town, so many market is very near can go by walk.

  ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKERS ROOMS! The room we got was very dirty - bed was clean though. In the grand scheme of Vietnamese hotel prices, this place is on the expensive side and NOT worth the extra money.
