  Nam Dinh has very few good hotel, lucky I finally found the good one with very reasonable price.

  The rooms were nice and well provisioned Location is a bit out of town in seemingly upward neighbourhood. Was disappointed to be asked for 50,000VND per night per extra pillow. In the end owner relented after I pointed out that all the other accommodation thus far had not tried to charge extra Citywide power outages (twice) in our 1 night stay are apparently common Local TV had poor connection and no extra options like HBO found in cheaper comparable hotels i.e. Hanoi Overall great place to chill. Fridge btw was super efficient
