  Clean and comfortable environment inside and outside the hotel. It opens to a green space. Bonus point for having a gym.

  I was very impressed with the hotel. Everything was great, the room was clean. What surprised me the most was starting a new day with such a luxurious breakfast for this price range. The food was delicious and to my taste. I will definitely come back. Thank you to the friendly chef and the hotel!".

  Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good service A little far from the tourist attractions but a more modern hotel than home stays Gym is quite good see video attached - suitable for doing proper workouts although no AC Breakfast… not amazing but you can get fresh eggs made. Coffee sucks Overall good stay at a reasonable price recommend

  Hotel is in good location. Walkable distance to Hoa Lư Old Town. The room is spacious and clean. The restaurant staff is attentive and polite. The food is tasty especially the Pho. Chef Nguyen is very attentive and nice. Overall a good place to stay if you’re in Ninh Bình.

  worst place i’ve stayed so far in vietnam. so we booked 2 nights in this hotels suite. unfortunately since we took the night bus we arrived around 6:30. when asking about early check in, they said we need to pay a fee, which is understandable since it’s a very early check in. the problem was that this is called fee was almost double what i paid per night for the room 🤡 then the guy in reception when we asked about storing our luggage just shrudded and ignored us, even with this service saying its provided online. eventually we ended up paying this ridiculous fee but we had to wait 30min (with the room ready for us) becaus early cheek in online starts at 7. the room was ok. just problem with the shower thats very malfunctional. they have the bathtub next to the shower but if you dont want to get your room all wet you have to shower inside the bathtub because there’s no separation between the shower place and the rest of the bathroom. besides that, the headshower just aims half outside and half inside the tub so if you want to use it you really dont have where to stand. other problem with the barhroom is that the glass between the bathroom and room is pretty much see through. if you’re in the bathroom the people outside can see you pretty clear. i haven’t tried breakfast yet because when we checked in nobody had the thought of telling us anything about the hotel and their timings, but ill update the review when i do. overall i just recomend staying away from the hotel. they treat costumers really bad when you compare them to other places in vietnam.

  Everything else was okay, except for the massage at the hotel; you shouldn't try it. It was terrible. At 450,000 VND per hour, the massage therapists were inexperienced, talked too much during working hours, and even used their phones while massaging customers. Did we pay you to talk and use your phone while massaging us?

  Hotel is well located in Ninh Binh and short walk into the shopping and restaurants along the lake.|When we arrived after and long flight and transfer from Airport it was a joy to find the staff so welcoming and a comfortable and clean room.|The breakfast was delicious- |We usually started with their classic Noodle Chicken soup but customizable egg dishes and full buffet was available.|The staff were friendly and helpful for every wish we had. |There was delightful senior staff lady who efficiently handled a “Ninh Binh day tour” and transfer car to Hanoi for us. We definitely stay here again if we revisit
