  Fabulous. We were visiting family in the area and we will definitely stay here again whenever we visit in the future and recommend to all our family and friends. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We had a room upgrade on arrival, the room was fantastic with an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely lunch in the restaurant and used the bar for coffee and cocktails, it was so comfortable in there with an extensive cocktail menu. We can't wait to come back next year when we've going to a wedding in the area.

  A stunning hotel and possibly my favourite swimming pool in all of Vietnam! Mr Phuoc and all the staff were so helpful and friendly I would recommend to anyone

  I am a Korean teacher at a school in Hanoi. I stayed at this hotel while visiting Nam Dinh. The hotel is very clean and has a great lake view. The breakfast is also very diverse and delicious. In particular, all the staff at this hotel are very kind. I am writing this review because I wanted to recommend this great hotel to many people. Thank you.

  Beautiful Property with very comfortable stay. Rooms are very specious & tidy. Bathrooms are big with all Morden facilities. They offer free welcome drink in their bar which is cherry on cake. Location of hotel is excellent with beautiful surroundings. #IndianFood : Vegetarian breakfast options are very much available. In fact it’s very decent breakfast spread when you go to the restaurant. They have fruits, cakes, pastries, Porridge (Daliya), cheese, salads, olives etc….for vegetarian people.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at Nam Cuong Hotel. The staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional. Some employees spoke to guests in a disrespectful and careless way, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Instead of being helpful, their attitude made the situation worse. This experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made.

  I have stayed at this hotel three times. During my first stay, around ten something minutes after entering the room, a staff suddenly entered while I was washing my hands. Upon seeing me, the staff apologized and immediately left. Later, I discovered that the room make up light was on. After inserting the room card, the red light indicator was activated. Why didn’t the hotel staff check to ensure the indicator was turned off after finishing their work?During my second stay, I again noticed that the make up light was switched on. I turned it off immediately, but another issue was found – the metal hook of the security lock was broken. The staff advised to have it replaced while I was out for dinner, but they didn’t actually replace it. Additionally, the floor of room was carpeted, and I found small bits of debris, possibly left by the previous guest, which hadn’t been cleaned.On my third stay, I brought my own slippers because during my second stay, my colleague told me they experienced itching after using the hotel’s plastic slippers. This made me hesitant to use the slippers provided by the hotel again.

  Good view, good environment. The service at the hotel is excellent, and the service in the restaurant is also great. The food is very fresh. The managers of the hotel and the restaurant both do an excellent job.

  I had a wonderful experience! Very beautiful hotel. Spacious, clean and luxurious rooms, restaurant, lounge and bar, with excellent food and views. Very friendly, outstanding staff. In my opinion, Nam Cuong Nam Dinh Hotel rivals any 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at, including the Ritz Carlton and similar properties.
