  The pool "closes" (gets locked off) at 7 pm, the "free" breakfast is just a disassembled banh mi for 100x the price. The only thing good about this place is the coffee. Which could be bought without the overpriced room. Do not waste your money coming here.

  After many nights of poor quality hotels in rural parts of Asia it was nice to find something like this outside a major city. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice this place is. My room was great. It was a little dark in some spots as some light bulbs were out, but it wasn't bad. The rooms were mostly clean, although I am docking a star as they allow smoking in the rooms so they all smell like stale cigarettes. I also had a cockroach crawl across the tv stand just before turning out the lights at night, which made me a little unsettled. A few people I was traveling with also mentioned having cockroaches in their rooms. The noise level was also high. I could hear the traffic through my 6th floor window, and in the bathroom a vent seemed to have direct access to a neighbour's room as I could hear every word they said while I was in the bathroom. ||When I went to go to the gym, the floor it was on was completely dark and abandoned. I could not find my way to the gym so I cannot vouch for it. ||Some of the hotel seemed to be under construction, so a lot of construction noises. ||The restaurant had good food, but again, the smokers kind of overwhelm you with their fumes. ||All the staff I met were friendly. ||It looks great, but prepare for noise, cigarettes, and cockroach hunting.

  From the outside this hotel looks the part, even on the inside it seems like a potentially great hotel. The staff are more than helpful and do their best to make you feel comfortable. |BUT, there was a function on with rather loud music, we could not get ice delivered to our rooms, finally had to get it ourselves. There was NO hot water, it was barely warm, and in my room I could not open the drain on the tub, my friend had no plug at all. Some of us had smoking rooms but are non smokers. |I will say the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good, but mainly traditional, which suited me but not a couple of the people I was traveling with.

  I came here with my friend after the tour. The room was booked in advance so our group was on the same floor, because I booked in advance so I was lucky to have a room near the elevator, have a balcony and see the whole city. The room was very clean and there are many services at the hotel I tried such as jym, pool, laundry, restaurant, tennis, yoga and massage. Moreover, the hotel is right next to Vincom Building - the most modern shopping center in Thai Binh. Breakfast is simple, so I do not eat much, but compared to other hotels in Thai Binh, this is definitely the best option. Next time Thai Binh will come back (the staff here is very enthusiastic too)!

  This is a Hotel in a province of Vietnam and offers very good value for money both for business travellers and those travelling through Vietnam. This is a huge sprawling Hotel, of many floors and the location is perfect. It is close to super markets and restaurants - all of which is walking distance. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and the crab-konji at dinner was the perfect comfort food to battle a bad sinus and flu. The restaurant can be a bit noisy if other group dinners are being hosted but there are plenty of quiet places in the lobby for business meetings.

  This indeed is a very big hotel located at a central place of Thai Binh City. The rooms are big - the bathroom is also quite spacious which is stacked up with all toiletaries. They provide electric kettle in the rooms for tea / coffee making - but do not provide milk powder or sugar / sugar substitutes. The breakfast spread is extremely limited. |The staff members cannot speak in English & neither they understand English which becomes a very major bottleneck for communication. They provide only one 250ml bottle of packaged drinking water per guest per day free of cost which is definitely not adequate. Otherwise their hygiene & housekeeping quality is good.

  Room: no standard room at the time I stayed so I had to choose a VIP room:1 bed room,1 living room. It is large, full equipped but they are not new and well-maintained. I think this kind of room is not used frequently so I can feel its smell.|The hook of the shower tap could not keep the tap so it was not easy for me. The taps are not friendly user either.|Breakfast: average level.|Pool: outside pool and it is closed when I was staying. It does not look modern I think. There is a yoga center in the same floor (3rd floor) as well.|Staff: friendly and helpful. The check-in is quick.|The big problem was the glass is not sound proofing so it was noisy even I was staying in 8th and 10th floor.|
