  The hotel was recommended for the family by a relative. The room was arguably small by Vietnam standards, but the room and common amenities were up to date, living up to its 4-star billing with a fantastic view of Nam Dinh town. That one could download an app which controlled the lighting, sheer & blackout curtains, TV was an unexpected bonus. All the hotel staff (special mention goes to Dan Nga who helped me print some documents urgently, the kitchen, the housekeeping and manager Thuy) were most friendly and helpful. They completed a great experience for my family during our stay from 23 Sep to 7 Oct 2022 :)

  Our experience at SOJO hotel was great. The rooms are extremely stylish and furnished with everything you require for a comfortable stay. The staff is exquisite, trying their best to accommodate for the guests requests. Staff always has a smile on her face, especially Ms. Thúy and Ms. Nga.|The food was great and diverse. Even if something was missing, staff was happy to prepare it outside of the menu.

  I came to Nam Dinh for a 2d/1n research outing as I do 150+ times a year in Vietnam.||Check in begins on the 5th floor which is also where the action is (they have a full bar and some food service options during the day).||Life Pro Tip: This hotel uses great technology to save energy. When you leave the room, the hotel automatically deactivates the power sockets in the room.||(1) If you need to keep charging your laptop, phone, or Airpods, you'll have to use the power socket behind the mini-fridge.||(2) The internet also seems to have its own agenda for disconnecting and forcing users to re-authenticate - suggest you avoid it and continue use of your 3G/4G or personal hotspot.||Overall the hotel has an upscale hostel vibe. Good community and food options. Good and committed customer service team (although my reception and initial contact with the hotel could only be described as a bit rough around the edges.)||Rooms are equipped with two bottles of water, plenty of towels, a bum gun (voi ve sinh)||It was nice to meet Mr. Phuong, the general manager who is highly affable and cares greatly about the customer experience.||Indeed if not for him, my review might have been a bit more scathing.||Last but not least, the free secure self-service lockers and the vending machine that accepts VNPay QR payments were a nice touch.||Will be interested in returning to this hotel in the future.

  I stay here for one night with my family before we visit my mother in law. And this hotel is deffinetly amazing, complete facility beaitiful view for nam dinh city, fast check in and check out. They also have place for hang out. The decoration of the hotel also amazingly bling bling. And location is realy in the central of the city near to go everywhere. Very recommended place to stay when you visit Nam Dinh City and enjoying a local life.

  Beautiful clean and the pictures are exactly what you get. Loved the kitchen where you could cook your own food. All the Staff are very friendly and helpful. They not very fluent in english but they try. Will definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

  The employee here name is thuy she was very kind and friendly and made us feel safe even though we knew nothing about the country love it I love this place and would definitely stay again in the future. And another thing I like here is because I don't speak the language at all, neither do my parents, but my sister makes life here easier.thanks

  I was coming to Nam Dinh for my first time and Sojo hotel caught my eye with it's trendy style a d great location in the city center. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English, my breakfast was included and very nice Pho and eggs with toast.||I would highly recommend Sojo should your travels take you to Nam Dinh.||Thuy and Nga went above and beyond super helpful.

  New concept of hotel with open bar with socialising area and restaurant, targeting young travellers. Newly build and designed in modern style. Friendly staff speaking English. The rooms in modern minimalistic design. Dine in, karaoke, table soccer, fitness. Simple breakfast buffet in the morning. Happy to come back
