  My fav hair salon in Nam Dinh. Staff are so helpful and have excellent skills. Not so pricely. They are moving to a new location soon. Hope they can maintain their reputation.

  The best hair salon service in Nam Dinh. The consultation before the service is spot on. All off the staff are very friendly and patient. Some one Speak E very well. I highly recommend this place!

  I was there on holiday and it was very nice. The people who did my hair were very careful and the result was great. Even though I didn't speak Vietnamese as well as they did, they still tried to communicate with me. They were very kind and organised. But what I like best was the neck or back or arm or head massage while they were doing my hair. But it depends on the person you get to wash/do your hair.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Chi Em Hair Spa since 2023, and I’m thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and super professional. They really listened to my preferences and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. The color turned out exactly how I wanted it. But what really impressed me was how attentive and friendly the stylist was. They explained each step clearly and gave me some great tips. It’s a great value for the money, and the quality is top-notch! I highly recommend Chi Em to anyone looking for a great hair experience.
