  We booked 6 days tour , the tour was awesome. Vivi was really helpful, she answered all our queries and tried to solve all our problems during the trip, she was just a message away during day as well as night. Hopefully, i will come soon to Vietnam again with this tourist agency.

  Truly highly professional team at Compass Travel Hanoi. Humble thanks to Ms Vivi who ensured that detailed itinerary was executed to our satisfaction and comfort. Very polite and professional staff - drivers and tour guides Tony and Quay. Just one minor observation though - for future tours you conduct, pls inform the client about ticket category in shows booked by you. This will ensure greater transparency and avoid last minute surprises for either party. Otherwise, through your support, we saw the best in Hanoi, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh-Tam Coc and May Caves etc, apart from the great food joints and shopping malls like Lotte Center etc, suggested by you on our request. I will definitely contact you for my future visits and refer you to others if they plan to visit Vietnam. Wishing you all the best Compass Travel.

  Our group did enjoy and much lovely experience in Mekong Delta. We had good food, team building with alot activities on the river. Big thanks to Compass Travel .We will comeback soon.

  Julia and the Compass Travel team are the best! I travel all around the world and usually do my own planning, but when I go off the beaten path I look for a local expert that can make my adventure plans become reality--and Compass Travel delivered! Julia and team worked closely with me every step of the way to make sure my 2-week Sapa, Ha Giang, Cao Bang trip met all my requirements, and were flexible and accessible when plans needed to be changed. I highly recommend Compass Travel and would not hesitate using them again for my Vietnam travels. Thanks Julia for the life highlight! :)
