They changed the pick-up point and departure time just a couple of hours before leaving. Then they made us walk 20 minutes to a third location. Then, we waited 20 more minutes in the middle of the street. We arrived at our destination 3 hours later than scheduled. The driver was nice.

SCAMMERS!!! We booked a trip in advice, got confirmation. On the day of ride nobody contacted us. We came to the meeting point in random hostel, but nobody knew about the ride. Person in reception called the given number and just then they contacted us. But all they wrote was that they just noticed that car is broken and they can’t give a ride. We ended up on going by train, they did not apologize. So DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Booked a bus to Tam Coc from Hanoi. Tried to contact on WhatsApp via the number provided on the booking confirmation to see if it was possible to be picked up from the hotel and no response. Unable to find the bus at the location, sent to 3 different places by people at the bus stop. Tried to message and phone the contact number and no answer. The place we were supposed to get the bus from seemed very empty and deserted and asking someone there they sent us somewhere else.
