  We had an excellent experience with our tour guide, Hung Kelvin. He was knowledgeable, professional, and shared a lot of interesting information about the places we visited and Vietnamese culture throughout the journey. He kept us engaged during the drive, gave us many helpful tips and recommendations, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our day. His kindness, patience, and genuine care made a real difference to our experience. Thank you, Hung Kelvin, for making our trip so enjoyable. We truly appreciate your dedication and wish you all the best. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Vietnam!

  We had a wonderful experience with Vivu travel, planning our multigenerational family trip/homecoming to Vietnam. Lan was patient and responsive in putting together a detailed two week itinerary for us that checked all our boxes in terms of activities, free time and family comfort/amenities. Once we anrrived, our fantastic local guides, Mr. Nam, Mr. Sonny and Mr. Tu, treated us like family and offered local insights, practical help and kept us moving and seeing/learning so much. Our entire family of 11 travelers agreed that the services ViVutravel provided were key to making our big trip to Vietnam a success. Thank you, Vivu Travel!

  VivuTravel agency has given us a very fulfilling experience regarding a custom tour of the South Vietnam (over 12 southern cities including their special attractions). It also provided transportation, tour guides and recommended prepaid local city activities. Our commendations go to our local tour guides, Nam, Thu Thuy and Linh in providing excellent information of the local attractions in different cities to include Mac Cuu Mausoleum, Chùa Dơi, Floating Market, and more. ViVuTravel (especially Hoai, our main always-available contact agent) has also picked the good to high-end hotel classes hotels during our stay to make our long trip worth while, and accomodated additional travel arrangement requests as long as we would stay within the contracted travel agreement time frame. For a personalized travel tour and friendly/trusted staff, I would recommend the ViVUTravel agency. If opportunities arise for another custom tour of the Northern part of Vietnam, I would choose to work with ViVuTravel agency again. Thumbs up to everyone.

  Our trip around Vietnam would not have been so successful and accomplished without the Vivutravel team. Anna (travel agent) has assisted us with her travel knowledge, expertise and guidance from our very first email enquiry. We travelled for 24 days from the south to the north, with Vivutravel booking all our travel arrangements and accomodation to suit our personal requirements and vacation itinerary. They also helped us by suggesting amazing places to visit that we didn’t even know existed. We arrived in Ho Chi Min Airport and from that moment onwards until we flew out of Hà Nội Airport - their team was with us all the way. At no time did we ever feel alone and always felt secure that Vivutravel had our needs covered. We also want to highlight the amazing quality of the guides who went out of their way to ensure our vacation and comfort met every expectation. Daisy in HoChiMinh, Phuoc in Hue, and the amazing Mr Trung (excellent driver) and Mr Tu ( excellent English speaking guide) who chaperoned us on our northern five day trip. Thank you and we hope to see you all again when we come back on our next visit to Vietnam and it’s beautiful people, culture and country.

  Vivu Travel We cannot describe how incredible the trip with Vivu has been. From the planning with fabulous Ngoc, to the trip itself, everything has been just perfect. The guides and drivers have been the most wonderful people, knowledgeable, professional, gentle, kind and always going above and beyond to make our time here so special. Daisy in Ho Chi Minh was always smiling and fabulous. What fun! Linh, in Hoian, was so funny, kind, generous and warm, and lovely Dong, also in Hoian. We are now travelling with Tu in Hanoi and he has already been incredibly generous, warm and fun. We are having the trip of a lifetime. The best organised ever and wonderful staff at Vivu Travel.   VivuTravel is an excellent Tour Company that can plan and arrange your vacation in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. From the very start, Lan was meticulous on the details of our planned vacation, and meeting our needs on the scenic spots and accommodation. Once you've arrived in country, Thu will provide daily guidance on tour guide and drivers and meeting times. Special shout out to all the tour guides: Tan in Ho Chih Min City, Luan in Da Nang/Hoi An, Andy in Hanoi, and Sorphear in Siem Reap. These guides are very professional, and will do their utmost in meeting your needs. Their process is fairly straight forward. You let them know your desired visit time frame, and they'll custom design a package with all lodging and transfer according to when you'll fly in and out. Their pricing includes all destination fees/admission or park fees. So there should not be any surprise add ons. Book with confidence with VivuTravel, as we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Vietnam and Cambodia!

  We had an amazing 14 day tour in Vietnam. Kim planned fun- filled cultural experiences from Sapa, Hanoi, HoiAn, DaNang, Ninh Binh, Hue and HCMC.Our tour guide Frankie was exceptionally well trained, he was knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam and was super funny and personable. His English was excellent and is perfect for North American travellers especially Canadians lol. Frankie was able to fast track line ups to sites, take photos and was able to be flexible with the schedule as planned. He was able to read if you needed a break or to engage in more activities. Frankie took us on a walking tour into two villages in Sapa it was a highlight, seeing Hmong children play, the simple lifestyle and the beautiful scenery in the lush rainforest. We recommend that you request for Frankie, he’s friendly, calm and experienced. We are grateful to have had this fabulous experience!
