  stumbled across Happy Bear bar after walking Phu Puoc night market and the the vibe was great! the 2 live bands were really good too. thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here!

  Great atmosphere. The music was fabulous. Wish we would have found this place earlier in our trip. Although we had already eaten. The food looked and smelled wonderful.
