  I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Everything from the rooms, service, to the ambiance was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking ocean view. The biggest highlight was the staff—incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The location is also very convenient for exploring local attractions and hitting the beach. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Phu Quoc. Highly recommended and totally worth the money!

  The shop atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. The café is beautiful, and the drinks are really good. A perfect place to chill and enjoy the calm vibes. ✨

  i visited on weekend and the place is so comfy and nice, the barista is super informatif and nice! me and my friend buy the menu from the barista recomendation and it turns so good! there is also some pastry and dessert, over all such a good place to come in Sunset Town! <3

  Great locality with everything conveniently nearby. The rooms were comfy, clean, and made for a pleasant stay. A bit disappointed with the breakfast options for vegetarians apart from mac and cheese and chestnut cake, there wasn’t much variety, and I was hoping for more choices. Overall though, it was a good experience and I enjoyed the stay.

  I stayed at this hotel and overall, considering the price, it was acceptable, so I didn’t expect a fully professional service. However, there are several areas that could be improved to make the experience smoother and more organized. The room transfer process for my new booking was confusing because I was asked to check out at noon, but the new room was not ready, which meant I had to carry my luggage back and forth multiple times. It would be much better if the new room was ready beforehand and the staff informed guests in advance, allowing a smooth move without extra effort.The breakfast service was also unclear, as there was no information about the time or location, leaving me unsure where to go and what time it started. In the room, basic amenities were missing, such as body wash (only conditioner and shampoo were provided) and batteries for the air conditioner remote, which suggested a lack of proper room preparation. Additionally, there was no way to contact the staff outside check-in hours, making it difficult to get assistance in case of any issues at night.Overall, the stay was reasonable for the price, but the management and service flow could be more professional. Improving communication, room readiness, and providing a way to contact staff for emergencies would greatly enhance the guest experience and make everything run more smoothly.

  Stayed here for two nights with friends. The price is very reasonable and the location is quite convenient.However, there are a few things that could be improved. The lift had a strong unpleasant smell, and one of our rooms was located about 50m away from Lotus Home & Cafe as we booked two rooms. One room had a nicer design while the other was more basic, which made the experience a bit inconsistent.Cleanliness could be improved and the service could also be better.

  The location is great, close to the main attraction. But there's no receptionist available, no detail information to contact if we need anything. The staff can't speak english. Breakfast is good food but in other restaurant.So you have to walk around 3 minutes. I book 4 room totals, but they put us on a different hotel location, within walking distance. Same quality & great but disrupting our mobility to each other.Need to improve: COMMUNICATION. But the room is nice and spacious

  Beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely Cafe at the first floor, we have a great stay here - staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the centre of Sunset town where fireworks happens every night at 9:30, free shows every night. Night marker is just 200m from the Hotel
