  Very efficient Quick assessment Clear instructions Friendly staff Highly recommend 💯 Blood test, influenza test, x-ray, i.v. meds, oral meds to bring home, doctor fee and clinic fee = 4.3mil VND (~140€), all done in less than 2h. And they offer free water for everyone, not just the patient. Clean toilet Airconditioned patient room

  I went to this clinic because my ears had been plugged for a few days and ear drops alone weren’t helping. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I decided to go. There was no waiting time at all, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The doctor spoke a bit of English, which made everything much easier, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I felt well taken care of throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re hesitant like I was — you’ll be in good hands.

  Excellent hospital. I went there while traveling due to an insurance claim. They admitted me at night, took an X-ray, and confirmed the fracture. They immediately put a cast on my leg on the spot. Everything was comfortable; we communicated with the doctor using Google Translate. They gave me all the necessary medications and explained everything. They put a polymer cast on my leg, which I can even swim in. Thank you so much for your work!

  Unfortunatly un unforseen abces developed under my foot. I therefor decided to consult a doctor in this clinic. I m glad i did, because immediate action was needed to prevent me from worse. A friendly and well equiped team of specialists,under supervision of Dr.BS.Xuan Ha took care of me , did a skinanylysis and some more testing and concluded that due to an infection some surgery was needed. Dr.BS.Bui Bao Khang did a painless operation with modern equipment using the latest technology available.Well done ; great skills and rich expertise ; very professional approach of my problem. I realised i had chosen the right clinic ! I still will come back there in the next few days, in order to receive the nescessary aftercare. Today, 1 day after surgery i came for cleaning and re-bondage of my foot. Immmediatly i was approached by Dr. BS.Khang again, who did the job. Dr. Xuan Ha provided me the necessary documents that i will need to claim this event at my healthinsurance. Thank you team, for the excellent care you provided to me, so i can travel safely back home again soon !

  We had an excellent experience at this hospital as foreigners. The staff communicated clearly and kindly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Despite hearing from other foreigners that local hospitals can take a long time to provide results, this hospital was different. Even though we arrived in the evening, we were attended to promptly, and all procedures were handled efficiently. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the staff made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. We highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking professional, friendly, and reliable healthcare.

  Thank you for your help. My husband got food poisoning, we came to the clinic few hours before our flight, they made an ultrasound, lab tests and he got infusion as well with a bunch of medicine. He is feeling much better. Staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Best wishes.

  Very poor service and lack of professionalism. I visited this hospital because I had a fish bone stuck in my throat. The doctor examined me but failed to detect it. Instead, they used my condition as a “demonstration case” to show a nurse how to adjust the scope, while my throat was already in pain. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The overall process was also disorganized. The receptionist was involved in prescribing medication, and I was given multiple unnecessary medications. I later went to another hospital, where the doctor immediately identified and removed the fish bone without needing any anesthetic spray or additional medication. This experience made me feel that the hospital prioritizes profit over patient care, with inappropriate prescriptions and costs that do not match the quality of service. I would not recommend this hospital. The positive reviews do not reflect my actual experience.
