  Great place ! They have A/C room and also nice garden area! Prices are so reasonable and huge portions! Drinks are delicious 😋

  A cool ( not ac room pun) place to sit , hidden in a alley from the main road. Mostly locals, staff is nice and helps out with your order with translate. Had ice coffee, egg coffee and black pepper beef. All great and good quality. Set me back 130k only

  Our first impression was terrific, as the place was bright, clean, and great sitting areas. The menu is complete enough so that I was able to find a good breakfast and some terrific coffee. Even though the staff speaks minimal English, not a surprise and a small town, they were very accommodating!

  The flan is soaked in Vietnamese style condense milk coffee. Tastes good. Tried to order spring roll vermicelli at 2pm and was told the cook is not available. Second floor sitting area has air conditioning and a good street view with many outlets for charging.

  I really like this cafe, every morning we came here to drink coffee, I fell in love with the egg coffee, we tried many drinks, all delicious, and a very nice price. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. I recommend everyone to come here at least once.

  Very nice place relaxed place, good food, good prices. You can sit outside in the schade or inside with ac. Highly recommended

  very atmospheric place, especially in rainy weather. (recommend to ask the price before ordering something, their menu does not reflect the real prices)

  Were there seats on the second floor as well? The room on the first floor smelled strongly of food, making it difficult to relax. The menu is extensive, so I'd like to try it again.
