  Have you tried the freshly brewed coffee here? It exceeded my expectations. I added a slice of fresh orange to bring out its citrus notes, and the friendly, wonderful baristas took care of the rest 🤩

  Quick and friendly service everytime I come. They give a buzzer for the food pick up but still being it over to my table if the place isn't busy. Much appreciated :D

  This is the new Starbucks on Phu Quoc Island, located in the center on Tran Hung Dao. I visited it shortly after opening and the first impression is very pleasant. The place feels modern, clean, and comfortable, with a nice atmosphere and a well-designed interior. For Phu Quoc, it is a good new spot to stop for coffee, take a short break, or get something to go while moving around the center of the island. I also liked the visual style of the space — simple, fresh, and easy to enjoy. This is a nice addition to Phu Quoc Island.

  Just visited this newly opened Starbucks at Trần Hưng Đạo, Phú Quốc. Nice drinks, welcoming staff, and a great vibe overall. Looking forward to coming back!

  ⭐ 1 Star I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at Starbucks Phu Quoc. I ordered a coffee and a muffin and paid by Visa. There was a promotion displayed stating that customers paying with Visa could request a complimentary drink-size upgrade. After paying, I asked the staff about the upgrade, but they appeared unfamiliar with the offer and had difficulty explaining it in English. The staff member went inside, returned, and told me that my order was not eligible because I should have requested the upgrade before paying. I explained that the displayed promotion simply stated that customers paying by Visa could receive an upgrade, and nobody had informed me that it had to be requested before payment. She went inside again and called another staff member, who spoke to me in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner. He said I would have to tap my card again. Since I had already paid, I reasonably asked why another card transaction was required and requested to see the company policy confirming this procedure. I only wanted to make sure that I would not be charged twice. Instead of calmly explaining the promotion or resolving the issue, he told me that if I had “too much problem,” I could walk out because they did not want to serve me. This attitude is completely unacceptable, especially from a global brand like Starbucks. I was not asking for anything extra or free beyond what was clearly advertised. Yet I was treated as though I were begging for something and was effectively asked to leave simply for questioning an unclear payment process. I lived in the United States for ten years and have visited Starbucks many times, but I have never experienced this level of rudeness, poor communication, and lack of knowledge about a company promotion. The staff did not understand the offer, could not properly explain the policy, and became hostile when a customer asked a reasonable question. The manager or senior staff member involved was particularly rude and unprofessional. I hope Starbucks Vietnam’s senior management investigates this incident, reviews the staff training at this branch, and takes appropriate action. Customers should never be spoken to or treated this way.
