  The Emerald Spa is fabulous. It feels relaxing as soon as you walk in, the decor and design is lovely. You are greeted by the most friendly staff with great communication, in fact all staff including the therapist are delightful. Treatment Options - there are many different types and really well priced for a Spa of this level. You are getting a luxury experience. Rooms - the treatment rooms are lovely with showers, bath tubs and saunas. There are beautiful satin robes provided. Massage - My massage therapist was Anh, she was strong and had an amazing touch and she is happy to tailor to the level of lightness or firmness. I had the Herbal Treatment massage which was beautiful, firm, with oil and hot stones/hot pads. It was amazing. I recommend both Ha and Anh as therapists here. We stayed at Premier Residences and this was the best I had away from the hustle of bustle of the large resort.

  My husband and I had the best couples massage on NY’s eve as they were running a promotion - 90 minutes full body therapy for approx $124 AUD for the both of us. Well worth it! From the moment we stepped inside, the space felt serene and calming. We had Nhi and Li as our therapists and can highly recommend them both. We were given warm lemongrass tea before and after the massage, and we left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and re-energised. Thank you so much ☺️

What stood out most was the balance between skill and intuition. Trieu didn’t just follow a routine – it felt personalized, almost like the treatment adapted in real time to what my body needed.   Anh & Trieu were absolutely wonderful. The treatments left me feeling completely relaxed and the atmosphere calming. A special mention to the scrub treatment—it was fantastic. The perfect balance of exfoliation and relaxation, leaving my skin feeling incredibly smooth and refreshed.

  Amazing Spa. Super friendly Staff. Anh & Tien did an amazing job. Anh and Tiep were incredibly patient and waited until our baby had fallen asleep before starting the massage. They were very professional and made us feel completely comfortable and well taken care of.

  Nhi anh huyen ,thao "I had a truly wonderful experience! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and my therapist was both professional and deeply attentive to the exact trouble areas I asked them to focus on. The pressure was absolutely perfect, and I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. I will definitely be back and highly recommend their services!
