  We just came back from JW Marriott after 2 nights. I have to say that this is one of the most wonderful stay we ever experience. Celebrated our honeymoon and my husband birthday in this hotel. It was indeed a surprise! First thanks, Kudos to the housekeeping team for coming up with different design to surprise us when we came back to the room, felt so loved and surprised. Second thanks to the head chef and team who specially prepared turn down service for us which came as a surprise to us as well. Also, Attentive staffs in the spa who show us how kind Vietnamese are, and also the bar manager, and the singer, to the assistant manager, Todd, who guide us in completing our mission to scan all the barcode to redeem our prize. The service is overall beyond expectation! Highly recommended if you’re looking for an unforgettable stay.

  We enjoyed a five-day stay here and the accommodations and services were of five-star quality. The staff were very friendly. The kids' club was excellent at organizing activities for the children and maintained excellent communication with parents. The hotel also had a nurse who could provide great assistance if needed. We really enjoyed the beach activities, the beach was clean, and the staff were also very friendly. Special praise goes to Mr. Phat in the reception who has good at the communication and Mr. Nuy who was nice to present the beach activities. Here we experienced the friendliness of Vietnamese culture.

  Outstanding! The neoclassical architecture is breathtaking creating an atmosphere of grandeur and opulence. Meticulous attention to style and refinement is found throughout this intriguing property. The beach was clean and water warm and clear. The rooms are spacious, elegant and a pleasure to return to. The staff were remarkable. Dressed in classic uniforms, they were ever-present — diligently cleaning, manicuring the beautiful grounds, and attending to the guest's every need. Their humble, friendly disposition added warmth to the experience, making our stay even more delightful. Commendation is due to these delightful individuals and to those who train them so well. Although, some might say a little on the expensive side the meals we had were of high quality and delicious particularly the local cuisine. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return.

  My stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa was simply WOW. Honestly, one of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is beautifully designed and every detail feels so special from the moment you arrive. What stood out the most to me was the staff — absolutely incredible. Everyone was so kind, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They truly made the whole experience feel warm and personalized. The service was impeccable the entire time. The food, the beach, the pools, the rooms… everything was amazing. The concept and design of the hotel are so unique and make every corner feel magical. I absolutely loved everything about my stay and would 100% come back. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Phú Quốc. Can’t wait to be back 🫶🏼

  Pros: Stunning Design & Color Scheme: The resort’s aesthetic is incredibly creative and unique, making the entire property highly photogenic. The "Tiffany Blue" color scheme gives off perfect holiday vibes and beautifully complements the color of the ocean. Massive Ocean View Rooms: The room itself was very spacious, featuring a breathtaking ocean view and a gigantic balcony. Fantastic Dining: The food was excellent across the board. Breakfast offered an extensive selection, and the Redrum restaurant was absolutely delicious. Sunset Views & Top-Tier Service: The sunset views from the property are stunning. Furthermore, the service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was attentive, professional, and courteous. Cons: Room Wear and Tear: While the room layout and design are great, the interior feels a little bit dated. There was visible wear and tear on the furniture that could use a refresh. No AC in the Lobby: The main public lobby area does not have air conditioning. Given how hot and humid the weather is, it was uncomfortable to sit there for even 10 minutes without sweating. More importantly, it raises a genuine concern for the wellbeing of the staff who have to work in that heat all day while wearing full uniforms.

  Our stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc was absolutely flawless! The resort environment is breathtakingly beautiful, and every corner is a masterpiece. The breakfast selection was incredible, and all the hotel facilities were top-notch. What made our stay truly special was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Getting around the resort was a breeze thanks to the convenient buggy service. We spent our entire time relaxing inside the resort and never felt bored for a single second. Highly recommended!

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Phu Quoc. The resort excels in every aspect—offering fantastic privacy, a beautiful ambience, immaculate cleanliness, and a truly great location.|Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly pleasant, happy, and eager to help. A special shoutout to the Contact Center Manager, Nic, who went completely above and beyond to ensure we had the most comfortable stay possible. Your hospitality did not go unnoticed!|I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Chef Lokesh. My partner was feeling unwell during our stay, and he took a special request to make Dal Khichdi for us.. It was excellent Indian food and exactly the comfort needed at that time.|We also thoroughly enjoyed the resort activities; the lacquered painting activity was a highlight, and they have a wonderful variety of other options to choose from.|Areas for Improvement:|While our experience was fantastic, a few adjustments would make it perfect. First, the overall restaurant menus could use a bit more variety, and it would be highly appreciated to see more Indian food options specifically added to the In-Room Dining menu. Furthermore, we noticed discrepancies between the online menus and the physical menus in the restaurants, which created some confusion when ordering. Lastly, while the staff is incredibly sweet, it would be beneficial if they were a bit more well-versed in English, or at least encouraged to actively use translation apps to help bridge the communication gap smoother.|Overall, it was a brilliant stay and we highly recommend it!

  This was my first time visiting Phu Quoc, and my girlfriends and I decided to make it extra special by staying at one of the best hotels in town, booked through Amex Centurion — and it absolutely exceeded our expectations.||From the moment we arrived, everything was incredibly “Instagrammable” — every corner of the resort is beautifully designed and perfect for photos. We stayed the first two nights in a two double-bedroom setup and were thrilled to receive an upgrade to a breathtaking sea view room, which made our stay even more memorable.||For the rest of our trip, we moved into a private pool villa, which was simply stunning and offered the perfect balance of privacy and luxury.||A very special thank you to the butler team at JW Marriott — they were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and attentive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally, and they truly made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.||We made it a point to try all the restaurants in the hotel, including the “Beach Romance” experience and even breakfast in the pool — both were unforgettable. The design of each restaurant is unique and exotic, especially the Pink Pearl, which is absolutely beautiful. The Wagyu beef there was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.||The spa pricing is also very reasonable compared to Hong Kong, and the therapists are highly skilled. If I had one small comment, it would be that my therapist could have been a bit more friendly — but overall, the experience was still excellent.||One highlight not to miss is the evening show and fireworks — it was truly the highlight of our trip. Guests can enjoy it for free by registering with facial scan at the hotel lobby, and there’s a convenient free shuttle bus to the venue. Alternatively, it’s very easy to Grab a comfortable car at a good price.||Overall, my girlfriends and I had an amazing time filled with gorgeous memories and photos. I would definitely return again, next time with my family.
