  Been going to PFC for almost 2 years now. The new gym is well equipped with everything you'll ever need for strength training, fitness and martial arts training. But, most importantly... Never before have I been surrounded by such amazing people. They genuinely take pleasure in everyone's progress and success. Always smiling and at the same time serious about advancing in martial arts. Always a pleasure and highly recommended. Nothing but love for the place.

  I so wish I had made more time on my trip to go to PFC more than once. The 90 min class was a BLAST, cannot recommend enough.

  I live and train in HCMC, and I am rather new to combats sports. I am always slightly apprehensive when going to train at a new venue. Mr Kim and the other members made me feel right at home. Not once did I feel intimidated. People of all levels can train there from novice to experienced. Training there was one of the highlights of my stay on the island. Thank you 🥊👊💪

  Dropped in for a class and the session was great. Attentive, high level trainers, a friendly atmosphere and a hard work out. Would recommend 👍

  So dear people who looking for gym in phu quoc- this is only training place for kickboxing , the gym part is not Existing anymore ! We arrived here and was very big disappointed…

  I a pro mma fighter w 23 professional fights an this is the worst gym I’ve ever been to the “coach” was very abrasive talking phone calls the whole class an just not pleasant I blew my mcl in the warm ups from this stupid drill he had us doing an than he expected me to pay for the full class trying to make a quick cent after he was trying to undermine my skill level the whole time telling me I need to come here more to learn more when I have way more fights an experience than he does an there isn’t much he could realistically show me after class he than texted my wife a flirty message not even asking about the guy that just blew his mcl in his class the facility is also super dirty an I went to wash up an told him there was no soap he than says “soap is bad for you, you need to keep your bacterial” I’ve had friends loose limbs from this kind of thinking from staph infection….. I’ve been fighting for about 10 years now an this was by far the worst mma class I’ve ever taken don’t go to this place
