We had an amazing stay at Premier Village! Everything was perfect. The private beach is beautiful with clear water and white sand. The food at the restaurant is also super delicious. The customer service here is 10/10. The reception team is so lovely! Big thanks to Koi for helping us check out so fast and professionally. Also, thank you to Tu Tu, Phuoc Sang, and Ms. Ai for being so sweet and helpful during our trip. A special thank you to Huy and Hoi at Corallo restaurant. They served us so well and cared about every little detail. Huy is amazing because he always knows exactly what guests need before we even ask. Super good service! We will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel breakfast restaurant during my stay in Phu Quoc. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options each morning. The dining area was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. I would especially like to thank NHIEN for the exceptional service. She was always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her warm smile and professionalism made every breakfast more enjoyable and helped us feel truly cared for. Thank you, NHIEN, for making our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and its breakfast restaurant to anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

We used the private beach before check-in, and everything was perfect—the weather, the breeze, and the clean, beautiful beach. The food was excellent, and the combination of pizza and draft beer was simply the best. What impressed us most was the warm and friendly service from Thanh. Thank you for making our visit even more enjoyable! We would definitely love to come back again.

Not Recommended for a Peaceful Beach Vacation If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation with a calm environment and a quiet beach, this is not the hotel for you. Despite being located in a prime area with a beautiful white sandy beach and crystal-clear water, the hotel is heavily overrun by coach tourists. The core issue is overdevelopment - there are more than 700 units built in this area, resulting in an extremely high density of guests. The beach feels overcrowded, with far too many people for the space available. Pros • Excellent location • Large, spacious rooms • Comfortable pillows • One free show per night • Multiple swimming pools That said, I personally didn’t enjoy the pool setup. The sheer number of pools takes over much of the space and diminishes what could have been a beautiful natural landscape. Cons • Noise: Some room blocks face the street, which is annoyingly noisy due to ongoing construction and traffic. I was initially checked into Unit D823, which directly faced the street. The noise was unbearable, absolutely not suitable for anyone seeking rest or an escape from city life. • Sewage smell: After requesting a room change, I was moved to Block E (near the lift, possibly D616). I was briefly excited because the room had an ocean view and was on a quieter side. Unfortunately, upon opening the door, I was hit with a strong and horrible sewage smell. The room overlooked a sewage area where several covers on the ground had been opened. I strongly advise never staying on this side of the hotel. • Beach chair shortage: There are not enough sun loungers on the beach. On my first morning, I arrived around 10:00 AM and couldn’t find a single available chair. The beach staff told me that many guests reserve chairs early by leaving towels or personal belongings on them for the whole day, and suggested I come very early in the morning to secure a spot. I was quite surprised and disappointed by how poorly this was managed. Service Overall, the hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful. None of the issues I experienced were caused by frontline staff. However, I strongly disagreed with the customer service response that the construction noise was at an “acceptable level.” Ear-piercing construction noise is not acceptable, especially when it was not disclosed at the time of booking. While the location itself is beautiful, the hotel is overbuilt, overcrowded, and poorly managed for guests seeking tranquility. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing vacation in Phu Quoc.

Pros: Good location and access to tourist attractions, nice pool for families, and a satisfactory breakfast buffet. Cons: Below satisfactory level of cleanliness in the two bedroom suite, heavy buildup of dust and rubbish under the beds. (we spoke with guest relations using translating apps to ensure full understanding of the situation) which led to a family member falling ill. Verdict: Would recommend exploring the many other properties the island has to offer, will not be staying at this property again.

Our family found this to be A truly beautiful hotel on arguably one of the best beaches in the world.||The location is perfect. The place is well off the main road In a sheltered bay surrounded by lush green mountains. The rooms are modern with kitchens and the views fantastic from the upper levels with the lower levels facing into the pool area.||The pool is extraordinary in size and has loads of shade with trees . There is three restaurants onsite and plenty of other choices up and down the beach just a few minutes walk to other resorts. There is also a street next to the hotel where there is plenty of minimarts and massage locations. The bus stop is also right out the front with free transport to sunset town just 5 minutes away.||The beach itself is definitely one of the world’s best. On a calm day the water is crystal clear like a swimming pool. You could not ask for better. ||We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and particularly at the front desk and greeting at breakfast. There was an issue with the phone working in the bedroom and maintenance came and fixed it within 30 minutes of asking.||For the price, location and facilities you couldn’t ask for a better family holiday

Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms, we stayed at the 2 bedroom penthouse. Sunrise is amazing. Kids loved the pool. Watching the sunset with 2 glasses of wine along the pool with my wife was just awesome. Just some feedback. Dietary selections had wide variety of pork and beef, people of other beliefs may prefer only chicken which had extremely limited option during breakfast. That should be taken into consideration. Also, at times the hotel should do some consideration given the brand name Accor. I asked for just two bottles of water as we arrived late and had no energy left to go down and I buy, I asked for a refill and I was straight away rejected. Finally if it’s a two bedroom penthouse and had amenities to cook, the business should look at allowing guests to do light cooking. We stayed for 5 days with kids and had to eat outside food all the time. Otherwise a splendid property. Next time when I am back hopefully Accor pays attention and takes care of my requests with some hospitality adjustments.

Beautiful resort with all amenities, with multiple pools and a lovely private beach! We stayed in a Sea facing penthouse with a private pool, it was one of the best rooms, we ever stayed in. The hotel also arranged for a complimentary cake, goodies and decoration as a surprise for our 20th anniversary! Breakfast buffet was great, only the restaurant ambience can be better. Location was very good, close to few shops and sunset town. Staff was very service oriented and had a welcoming attitude. Overall, we would definitely come back again!
