  The resort still has noticeable issues with service consistency and overall guest experience 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️. However, Tony 💛brought a level of hospitality that felt truly luxury. From remembering my names and personal habits to simply the way he spoke over the phone, every interaction felt warm and deeply personal, like having a personal assistant throughout the stay. Even though he mentioned and appreciated his colleagues, none of them left the same impression on me. For me true luxury is not only about the facilities, but about the people who know how to make guests feel genuinely remembered and cared for.

  This place is wonderful, spacious, and suitable for everyone. I want to especially thank Huong; even though we arrived very late for dinner, she still served us until we left. It was my birthday, and I requested a birthday cake, which wasn't available, but she still went to great lengths to find it for us. That surprised us greatly, and we were very happy about it. She's truly a warm and kind person. I want to express my sincere gratitude to her and a young man who sang the birthday song with her. I hope you all see this. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely choose this place again when I visit Phu Quoc.

  We had an amazing BBQ night at Corallo! The food was delicious, with a great selection of fresh seafood and perfectly grilled meats. The beachfront atmosphere, live cooking stations, and beautiful evening setting made the experience even more special. A special thank you to Minh and Linh for their outstanding service. They were warm, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly smiles and professionalism truly made our evening memorable. If you're looking for a fantastic BBQ dinner in Phu Quoc, Corallo is definitely worth visiting. We can't wait to come back!

  This place, Corallo Restaurant, is a truly exotic beachfront restaurant. Since my first visit here last year, I have returned four times over the past two years. I used to travel to many different vacation destinations, but ever since discovering Premier Village, this has become the only place I want to visit for my holidays. The people here are exceptionally kind and highly professional in their work. Tony, who was at the hotel lobby last year, was an incredibly wonderful person. At Corallo Restaurant, Tram, Huy, Hoi, VG, Khang, and the other staff always warmly welcome me and my girlfriend whenever we visit. Their hospitality is one of the reasons we keep coming back here for every vacation. P.S. Huong, who worked at Corallo last year and is currently on vacation, is also someone who was incredibly kind and whom I truly miss. With its beautiful setting, excellent facilities, and amazing people, this place truly feels magical. I highly recommend visiting this wonderful destination. and I was especially impressed by the dedication of the landscaping staff, who carefully cleaned even the individual fence panels that many guests might not even notice. From their attention to detail to the warm farewell from the Front Office Senior Manager before our departure, every aspect of the service was exceptional. I have received excellent service on every visit and had wanted to leave a review for some time. I’m glad to finally do so now. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

  In corallo restaurant, we had a wonderful dining experience. Thol and Hoi were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. They always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Their excellent service and genuine hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Hoi and Thol, for taking such good care of us. We truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding service.

  We came here with our family and had an amazing time. The villa we had was vast. The restaurant was great and found plenty of variety. We were treated to a massage by our son and daughter in law, we were looked after by Hoa, and Moon at the Plumeria Spa. An excellent relaxing massage for us both. Highly recommend. Thank you. All in all we had a terrific time relaxing here. Would love to go again sometime. Highly recommended.

  We stayed at Premier Village Phu Quoc for a few days with our family and had a really good experience. The resort is beautiful, the villa was comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. What we appreciated most was the staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to help whenever we needed something. Special thanks to Dulcie and Yenny who helped us from check-in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was also one of our favorite parts every morning. There are too many staff members to name, but thank you to everyone who took care of our family during the trip. You all made us feel welcome and helped make our holiday enjoyable. Would definitely come back next time we visit Phu Quoc.

  We had a small ceremoney at the resort with families and friends. Everything went great, leave us unforgetable moments. We are very happy when we choose the resort! Nice views and beach, beautiful decoration and music. The staffs were very helpfull. Definitely, would like to come back for another occsaions in the future.
