  Hanh and Khang made our breakfast experience truly enjoyable. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were proactive in approaching us, even before we needed to ask for anything. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome every morning. They provided amazing service throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Thank you both for making our breakfasts so pleasant!

  We stayed here as a couple from Europe end of June 2026 after having an amazing stay last year in Lombok at Pullman. The resort is close to the airport and big, meaning there is no noise or similar that can be heard. Reception staff is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile, especially guest relationship manager. We had some issues with our room with the AC and directly got a new room, free coconut and private shuttle upon departure flight. This makes all negativity about a freezing room go away and we could fully enjoy our stay. The pool area is big, clean and peaceful. Gym was amazing and yoga class that was free to attend to as well, thanks to the friendly teacher! Lastly I need to highlight the food. Breakfast selection is huge and changes daily, quality is high and the products really have taste. Also in the evening we had good dishes, I loved the burger. Thanks Pullman, your team is doing a great job.

  We stayed here for 4D3N with our 6-month-old, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Tran and Kim went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Noticing that I was carrying our baby, they thoughtfully moved us to the lounge for a quieter and more comfortable check-in. Tran also kindly arranged a late check-out until 3pm, which meant we didn’t have to be out and about with our baby before our 6pm flight. Kim helped organise a birthday dinner for us at Mad Cow, where the table was beautifully set up with so much care and attention to detail. She also surprised us with a complimentary breakfast upgrade at Mad Cow on our last morning, which was the perfect way to end our holiday. Richie, who looked after us during breakfast, was incredibly meticulous, attentive, and proactive, making the experience even more enjoyable. While these team members cared for us directly, every single staff member we encountered throughout the resort was warm, friendly, and eager to help. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional, and it truly made this a memorable family holiday.

  Khang Hanh MadCow Restaurant The dining experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were genuinely friendly and showed outstanding hospitality. They proactively approached us to ask if we needed anything and continued checking throughout the meal to make sure everything was comfortable. Their attention to detail and thoughtful service made us feel truly welcomed. Thanks to their professionalism and warm care, we were able to enjoy a relaxing meal and start the day on a great note. I would definitely look forward to coming back.

  We had an enjoyable stay at the end of May. During our visit, we went to Salt & Pepper Café three times, and Linh noticed my husband’s love for coffee. She recommended their signature coconut coffee, which was amazing — her attentiveness truly stood out. The view from our room (1628) was breathtaking, overlooking the ocean. One area that could be improved is the shower water pressure, which was too weak for a comfortable shower. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and sincerely appreciate the warm service and stunning setting.

  We had a wonderful experience at Thon Kidclub at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort. Tuyet and Phuong are very professional, kind, and polite. They always welcome the children with a smile and create a warm, friendly atmosphere. They do amazing arts and crafts activities with the children, helping them be creative while having fun. My child loved spending time at the Kids Club and always came back happy and excited to show what they had made. Thank you, Tuyet and Phuong, for your dedication, patience, and excellent care. You make the Kids Club a special place for children and families. Highly recommended!

  The hotel has a really nice design for a relaxing holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good and the food was tasty. I had a poolside order and they still brought it over when the rain suddenly came. My kid loved the pool! The room was spacious and I like the design how there’s two basin and large area for hair drying. But may not be the best selection for families especially if you have a sensitive toddler or else it’s hard to use the sink or the bathtub since it only uses a blind for separation. The spa was great but we had another spa at another comparable hotel, their spa was just at another level. The kids playroom was a bit worn out and the toys looks stained. But we didn’t really need the playroom because my child was obsessed with their pool.We enjoyed our stay a lot !

  Luxury to the core. ||Once you enter you can feel the aroma and the youthness of the hotel. You enter a large lobby with amazing and signature pullman fragrance. ||A quick unique welcome drink and a smooth check in form to land us in one of the best types of room. ||Room is a little unique with stone tub and like in many pullman properties a separate washroom and bathing section. The room is quite large in size with ample seating arrangements with a sofa corner. ||All rooms face a large swimming arena with beautifully decorated shacks all over. Move a little towards the private beach you will find a water kids play area too. ||All the sections are very well managed and atheistically beautified. ||The buffets section is amazing - a lot of fruits and vegetables to choose from. The staff is very helpful and provides tou multiples PURE VEG options. The Fully loaded PANNER SANDWICH was something which blew our mind. ||Overall the property simply makes you feel like a king.
