Everything about this place was awesome. The location, the beautiful beach, the food, the service. It was amazing for real. Me and my sisters stayed here for two nights and it was really good! The private pool was very well maintained also the room too. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the private beach! Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us. Will definitely recommend for each and everyone who’s looking for a comfortable and relaxing staycation❤️

A lovely place to stay. We were in one of the bungalows with it's own little pool. The bungalow had lots of room and a very comfortable bed. It was so quiet where we were, do you never got disturbed. We had a large pool very close to us, plus there was another pool by the main hotel building, and this one had a swim up bar. The pool by us had a swim up bar but it wasn't open while we were there. Breakfast was lovely, but the food in the main restaurant was mainly western, which was weird as we were in Vietnam. You need to get a taxi to get anywhere, but Grab is easily available, and very quick to arrive.

Beautiful property with courteous staff, perfectly located between the North and South—away from town’s commotion, isolated area yet secure. My sea-facing room was spacious, well-equipped, have a bath tub and offered a stunning view. The resturant and food is also good. The pool and beach areas are great for relaxation and leisure, you can also play volley or do yoga there. The gym needs better maintenance, a few room areas require deep cleaning, and larger water bottles would be appreciated. Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay—highly recommended.

Great place for the price very central. Resort is very simple and no overall newish. It still better than most. They have free shuttle to and from the airport. Free buffet 2 pools and a resort beach. Its good and the atmosphere was great. Service was excellent no issues.

Our room ac did not work in first room! We called the reception 3 times and then they sent people to fix but when they couldn’t they changed our room! One boy cut receptionist was giving us looks when we tried to get room early, i understand u are not obligated but still u can’t give us disgust looks like that, we paid for the room we did not stay for free here! But as the stay commenced my view changed about this place! Good views and vibes! Rooms are located far from reception and a buggy drops us to room, which gives a luxury vibe here!

I stayed at The Shells Resort & Spa Phu Quoc for 4 nights. Before my trip, I came across many negative reviews, especially about the air conditioning and buggy service. Fortunately, my experience was different. The AC worked perfectly throughout my stay, and the buggy service was prompt and convenient. My only concern was during checkout. The resort has a minibar with drinks and snacks that are charged separately, which is completely understandable. However, I was told that one snack item (a biscuit packet) had been consumed, even though we did not use it. I paid the amount to avoid any delay, but I know for certain that we didn’t take it. I’m not sure if this was a genuine mistake or an issue with the inventory process, but I hope the management looks into it to avoid similar situations for other guests. Apart from this checkout issue, my stay was comfortable, and I had a pleasant experience overall.

The resort was selected for Medical College Batch Reunion with friends and families. A total of 52 persons constituted the group. Accommodation was good, but in spite of a big group many of us could not get an early check in. We stayed in cottages and not in sea / pool facing rooms. Almost 10% of guests had issues with AC or locker. Although the hotel emphasizes use of green eco friendly measures by using linen for two days, sadly it is lacking in same because water is dispensed in plastics all over the place. The resort should order a RO water plant and offer water more generously. The Fitness Centre was not available on any of the three days that we stayed in the hotel. There are two pools. The main pool is very nice and the hotel has a small beach. The small bamboo path leading to the resort and the sunset view are great. |Breakfast was excellent as was the food for parties. It will be worthwhile to have a multicuisine in the long run and provide bicycles to guests to explore Phu Quoc.

Very big resort, the view is very good. This hotel own their private beach. The minus is far from sunset town at south and venice at northIn the lobby, this hotel have taxi which can be cheaper than Xanh SM or grab car.
