  A large, spacious, and well-equipped gym located on the main road, very convenient to stop by even with a motorbike. It has all the necessary equipment for a complete workout. Outside, there’s a very nice protein bar offering fresh fruits. An excellent place to train, especially when you’re on the move.

  It's a good gym with lots of equipment, free weights, bench presses, a cardio zone, a cross-fit zone, a restroom, and a shower. A single visit costs 100,000 dong. They provide water. There's no air conditioning, but there are plenty of fans. There are floor scales, and you can get a protein pack for 45,000 dong.

  Great gym at Phu Quoc. 10/10 If you like old school training, this is place for ypu. There is also a lot of good machines. 100k for 1 training. There is preworkout drung, whey proteing, gym clothing.

  Huge gym with a very wide range of equipment. All of which was relatively new. Went at like 11-12 and it was more or less empty which made for a good workout. Paid 100k for a day pass and got a free water bottle. Only thing to mention is that there’s no ac and the fans aren’t great so it’s extremely sweaty workout

  A big gym that I seen in duong dong really it's very very spacious and well-equipped gym and also in outside they giving protein bar and fresh fruits it's really nice when I come outside from the gym I'll take a fruit juice and get chill for sometimes,for 100k its really worth

  Nice enough gym, but seems a bit cluttered, need to space the equipment out better, including the treadmills also not cleaned after use. Fair price 100 for day use including water.

  Although the gym is large and has a surprisingly broad range of equipment, the lack of air conditioning or a water dispenser is a major drawback. Most people, I suspect, would consider a gym in the tropics the ideal place for water and air conditioning, but alas. Worse, the only music playing is a single, screamy piece of Christian rock on repeat. Yikes—don’t forget your headphones! As with so many things in Vietnam—and indeed life—you never really get everything you want. The lady making protein shakes out front is a delight, though.

  Reasonably priced access for short stays - 100k for a day (including hand towel and bottle of water) or 350k for a week. You simply pay cash at the desk on arrival. The training floor is absolutely packed with equipment, so there are multiple ways to train each muscle. That's important because this gym is always quite busy - no matter if early or late, there always seem to be 10+ people there. The sea air has got to much of the equipment, which is often a bit corroded and moves jerkily, but overall everything is in fine working order and capable of serving the demand without queues. Changing and showering facilities are extremely basic. Sometimes there's no running water. Lockers are provided, no coin needed. A stand out front sells good coffee, excellent fresh juices and scoops of whey protein.
