  We stayed at vinpearl Resort and Sp, Phu Quoc as a group of 7, including children, and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The highlight of the resort was the huge swimming pool, which was perfect for both adults and kids. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were also impressed by the lavish breakfast spread, which offered a great variety of options every morning. A nice bonus was the sauna and steam facilities, which were included in our package and were excellent for relaxation after a day of exploring. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try the spa services. The only negative experience was with one of the reception staff members, who came across as rude and unhelpful. However, the reception manager more than made up for it with his professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist whenever needed. Overall, this is a great resort for families and larger groups. With excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic pool, we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc

  Hotel is lovely. Service is outstanding. Breakfast buffet was satisfying esp the Noodle soups. Dinner is just ok, but the service and property is great. Improving dinner experience would make it perfect BBQ food is ok, but experience is well worth it nonetheless

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at VinPearl Resort Phu Quoc. The resort was beautiful, and our room was incredibly spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the pool area, where we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the resort atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options each morning. We definitely felt like we got our money’s worth from the quality and selection of food available. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. We needed assistance several times, including arranging a crib for our room, and every staff member we interacted with was quick, friendly, and eager to help. Their service made a great impression on us. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially families with young children. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Phu Quoc.

  Wonderful experience at Vin Pearl Resort & Spa. Truly one of the best hotel experiences — exceptional hospitality, beautiful ambiance, and unforgettable memories. The Staff is so polite and helpful like none other always with a great smile on there face and ready to help. The view is just mesmerizing. Easy to travel to other spots with free vinbus shuttle every 15-30 mins also taxis and buggy available at ease. Limited veg/vegan option for lunch and dinner yet tasty but the breakfast menu is quiet huge and delicious. 100% recommended if you want to stay at a quiet place with mesmerizing view.

  We had a truly wonderful stay at Vinpearl Resort &spq Phu Quoc. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Room service was excellent—prompt, professional, and always delivered with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and every meal was enjoyable. What made our stay especially memorable was the staff. Every team member was friendly, courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warmth and dedication made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The hospitality at this resort is simply outstanding—100%. We genuinely loved the stay, loved the staff, loved the food, and appreciated the overall atmosphere of comfort and care. Thank you to the entire team at Vinpearl Resort & spa Phu Quoc for making our trip so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

  I have never regretted choosing to stay here. The service was excellent from start to finish, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location was incredibly convenient. The beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is huge, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The rooms may not have the most modern design, but they have a classic and elegant charm that gives the resort a unique character. It feels timeless rather than outdated. During my stay, I unfortunately experienced food poisoning (which was not caused by the hotel). After I informed the staff about my situation, they showed genuine care and concern. They regularly checked on me, offered assistance whenever needed, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the recovery process. That level of care meant a lot to me, especially while being away from home. What truly stands out about this place is not only the beautiful facilities but also the people. The hospitality here made me feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable one. I genuinely love Vinpearl Phu Quoc and would happily return again in the future. ❤️

  The hotel is in the north part of the island. If you are going to plan your trip in the north, location is great. But its far from the island center. Unfortunately hotel is not clean. There corridors and elevator zones need cleaning. we been in "not busy" season even in that condition, the cleaniness was an issue. The pool and the bar was OK. especially seaside restaurant is super nice.

  We recently spent a week at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc and overall had a lovely holiday. There are some great aspects to the resort, particularly for families, but there are also areas that need improvement and, in our opinion, explain why it doesn’t quite feel like a true 5-star property.||The highlights were definitely the pool, beach and family facilities. The pool is enormous, well-maintained and has great children’s features including slides and pool toys, which our kids loved. The beach area is beautiful, tropical with plenty of shade. The kids’ club was excellent and the playground area was another big hit with our children.||The air conditioning in the room worked very well, which was greatly appreciated given the humidity. Breakfast was also good, with a wide selection of options and an excellent egg station. However, there were no decaf tea or coffee options available, which was surprising for a resort of this standard.||Our room was one of the weaker aspects of the stay. It felt quite small, especially with a large wooden baby cot taking up a significant amount of space. Shower pressure was poor throughout the week. Housekeeping was disappointing and not up to the standard we would expect. Beds were often made carelessly, and we don’t believe the bedding was changed at all during our stay.||Food options became quite limited after breakfast. We were informed on arrival that buffet lunch and dinner would be available in the main restaurant, but the restaurant subsequently closed and these options never materialised. The beach bar offered very little beyond fries during the day, while the Beach Bistro was perfectly acceptable but not somewhere we’d want to eat every evening for a week.||Communication was another challenge. The staff were always friendly and willing to help, but English proficiency was often limited, leading to frequent misunderstandings. We found a translation app extremely useful throughout our stay.||Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our holiday and the resort has some fantastic features, particularly for families with young children. With improvements to housekeeping, dining options and staff communication, it could be an excellent resort. As it stands, it’s a pleasant place to stay, but not quite at the level we would expect from a 5-star property.
