I came from Canada as a solo female traveller to this hostel my very first time in Vietnam! I am so glad I chose this hostel I kept extending my stay here. The staff Nd guests was kind to me here. I felt safe. I stayed in the female dorm room and I had no issues at all. I stayed here for over 3 weeks so you can imagine how comfortable I got here. The location is a bonus. The beach is literally behind the hostel. So many restaurants near by. And the lovely cute dog. Amazing hot water shower was a luxury. And also they have the best music in town as well... I would highly recommend this hostel. 🙏🏽 😊

had an amazing stay at this hostel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were very clean, and even the washrooms were well maintained, which really matters when you’re traveling. The staff here are super friendly and helpful — they’re always happy to give recommendations, suggest must-try places, and help you plan things around the city. The people staying here were also really nice and interactive, which made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. It’s a great place to meet people if you’re traveling solo. The location is another big plus — it’s right in front of a bus stop, making commuting extremely easy. There are plenty of shops and outlets nearby, especially King Kong Mart, which was super convenient. A special mention to Sabrine at the front desk — she was very welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in experience so smooth. Really happy to have met her. Overall, I had a great time here and would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting.

If you need an affordable hostel in the city it's a good option, especially to meet other travellers, it has a very active social bar and they often organise boat trips and parties. The staff are really nice. Only downside is it can be a bit loud and the AC in the dorms was not adjustable and it was very cold😅

Was a lovely hostel, rooms were nice and beds were comfy with good air con. All the staff were helpful and lovely apart from the American bar manager Josh. A middle aged man who made us as teenage girls feel extremely uncomfortable. He went as far as to comment and ask about our underwear and encourage the boys we were with to have sex with us. He did not stop despite us all being visibly uncomfortable and led us to feel the need to be surrounded by our male friends to prevent him from being sat next to us and being overly touchy. I hate to say it but i would not recommend this place to other younger female travellers or guests, which is a shame as he is a bad reflection on what is an otherwise good hostel.

I stayed here 8 days in their private room on February 2026. Here is what I can add to my experience: What I love: - The location is ground zero of downtown Phu Quoc. You are in walking distance of beaches and great restaurants. - If you wish to go from zero to 100 in getting to know the staff, the owners, and the people that are staying there, go on their 3-island day trip. The price is amazing; you will not get that on the street for 120K. You can drink the free-flowing beer and lots great grilled chicken and pork and salad for lunch. It is a memorable experience. If you are a vegetarian, you may either let them know or bring something along for this trip. - Every night, there is a party/drink fest on the main floor. If you like that kind of atmosphere, you can waddled back to your room or dorm. lol - There are many great bar in the area, and if you like beach bars, they are also within walking distance as well. - There is a safe in the room! YEA!!! - The price is what you pay for what you get! What I don't like: - There is minimal cleaning for the room or facilities. This means your shared washroom does not have soap or shampoo being replenished and sometimes runs out of toilet paper. The only thing called cleaning that I can see getting done is emptying out the trash can in the washroom. THAT IS IT!!! - Asking them to refresh the room means replacing the towel. AGAIN THAT IS IT!!! - There is a kettle to boil water in the room, but there's no coffee cup, no coffee or tea or spoon, or anything that supports that! - There is no fridge. - The room has not been thoroughly cleaned for months, if not years. Don't look under the bed; you will want to check out ASAP! lol Bottom line, I stayed here during TET celebrations, not realizing all the accommodations in this area were fully booked. It is a place to crash in the centre of town for party and alcohol and then manage to get to your room and pass out!

I strongly warn all backpackers not to book this hostel due to serious safety issues. I lost cash worth 3000 RMB in my dorm room during my stay. The room lock is flimsy, there are no private lockers for valuables, and there is barely any surveillance camera in public areas. After I noticed my money missing, I immediately reported the theft to the front desk. The staff were indifferent and uncooperative. They refused to check cameras or guide me to file a police report, shifting all responsibility to guests and claiming the hostel takes no liability for personal belongings. This huge financial loss ruined my trip. The property safety here is completely unguaranteed. Never leave cash or valuables unattended in your room. Avoid this hostel at all costs. Please check with your staff again. I am just a student with little money. I am afraid they will lie to me. Please ask the staff who entered that room. I beg you to help me get my money back. I hid the cash under the bed. I think one of your staff might have picked it up. I lost 3000 RMB in that room. I know trust is the problem between us right now. I swear I am not lying at all, and I have no intention to extort you. I just sincerely hope we can sort this out. I have checked my bag repeatedly, but the money is not there. I wish I had just misplaced it, but the cash is truly gone. Worse still, the hostel is covering up for the staff and refuses to investigate properly.

If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out. I came back here for the third time and it’s still incredible! So much culture from around the world all in one place. Helpful, friendly staff and the vibe is unmatched. 5 stars, every time. 🌏🔥

Pretty much what I expected for a hostel and based on previous reviews. It is a party hostel and can be loud at times, but with earplugs it was no problem for me. The shared bathrooms were pretty clean. The bunk bed was comfortable. I met a lot of fun people there at the restaurant and bar. The party boat snorkeling trip was also fun. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location. Surrounded by Many restaurants and bars. Close to Long beach as well. I enjoyed my stay there.
