  Simple place to stay, but in an excellent location and the owner are very kind, always trying to make things easier for the turists. They can also book trips, with discount prices. The room is simple, probably OK if you stay up to 1 week. If you stay longer, maybe you will need something a bit more comfortable. BUT, as I said, for 1 week I would return, specially because of location (beach and many restaurant options) and because of the kind owners.

  Best budget friendly guest house in the city centre near phu quoc night market, house owner is very friendly and provided us water, knife, plates whatever we asked (she also provided free orange to my wife - very kind of her), also scooty is available with good price at guesthouse itself. As this is central location, we visited Grand World, VinWonders, VinPeral Safari and Hom Thom Cable car by scooty as it was cheaper option, but VinBus is also available 200 mtrs, you can take that also for comfortable travel. Pro tip:- For indians there is mumbai restaurant available around 100 mtrs, with close eyes you can go there and eat food.

  I had a great stay! The owners are a very sweet couple, very nice people! Room is very clean and cheap. Nice location; very central. Very good value for money. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip here

  I had a great stay there, especially for the price. The hosts are good and nice people. I stayed there for 10 days. Can totally recommend, you will definitely not find anything better for this price!

  Just had a quick stay here, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed! The check-in was super smooth, the staff was friendly, and the vibe was just right. My room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. Even though I was only there for a short time, I got to enjoy the local cuisine and markets as I was nearby. They really nailed the little details that make a stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a spot that’s hassle-free, comfortable, and welcoming, this is it! Would totally stay here again. Thank you!! We had a great time :)

  The room was by no means luxurious, but it was simple and well-equipped with amenities. Since it was a budget hotel, I didn’t expect much, but there was a hair dryer and an electric kettle, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent and very convenient as a base for dining and sightseeing. I stayed at this hotel for 3days, but on one night when I tried to take a shower in the evening, there was no hot water, so I had to give up. The walls seem to be thin, and you can hear a fair amount of noise from the neighboring rooms. If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the best choice. However, considering the price, the rooms are spacious and private, which makes this hotel an attractive option The hotel staff were very cheerful and always greeted me with a smile whenever they saw me. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated them speaking to me when I was coming back or heading out—it made me feel very welcomed and warm inside.

  Very kind and adorable owner. Helped me with Vietnamese and held my bags after checkout. Free water and great rooftop view. Bed and everything is nice. Overall good value but the hotel is one street BEHIND where it says on the map. Go into night market and turn right into the alley. You will find it partway down hut no taxi’s so walk from entrance of night market

  Host doesn’t speak English but this is not noted anywhere. Hotel number goes to his cell phone as he is the only staff, so be prepared to communicate via text only. I had t ask locals to assist me. If HS m||You should also be prepared for him to respond to select inquiries, never all. Housekeeping never cleaned my room, and the one time that I communicated with her, she used my Google Translate app to ask for a donation. ||The first room he put me in had me so distraught, I was in a fit of tears and could barely sleep. Attached pics show the view of a concrete wall, filthy dusty fan over the bed, and general disrepair. He swapped me to a double/double after I said I wanted to check out after one night. It was an improvement but there was the qmatter of dead bug guts/blood on the wall and a giant dead roach (see pics) which was never cleaned even though I texted a specific request (remember housekeeping never cleaned my room) - I threw the bath mat over it. ||Note: he keeps your passport even though I offered him a copy, even though there is a photocopy shop a street or two over from the guesthouse. This is what kept me in a state of tension during my entire stay. ||To be fair, the host seems nice enough. He didn’t mind bringing to me a multitude of items over several visits after I slipped and fell on the outer staircase (they are very slippery). I just don’t think service is a strong point or indeed a real thought. ||I’m an easy traveler but I also want a clean room and reasonably hot water.||Speaking of which, he gives no info. I went to shower at around 5pm after a day trip to the ocean. I turned the water on and there it was: a cold trickle from the tap. I ask and he responds that there won’t be any water for 3-4 hours. ||Please avoid.
