We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, the hotel itself, the rooms, and especially the landscape and garden are all exceptionally well maintained. The garden is truly a gem and adds so much charm to the property. Our room was excellent. We stayed in a triple room on the first floor, with a spacious bedroom and a large bathroom. The balcony was a great addition, and the clothes hanger was very practical for drying clothes. We also used the laundry service and received our clothes back the same day, which was very convenient. The only small downside is that the hotel rents beach beds to outside guests, which can make the beach a bit crowded and noisy at times. That said, it is still an idyllic place to stay. Additionally, we rented a motorbike directly through the hotel, and they also arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off. You pay the agreed price directly to the driver, and the hotel does not take any commission, which we really appreciated. Overall, a beautiful place with excellent service, and we would gladly stay here again.

Nice location, beach and staff. Decent breakfast. Only downside - sunbeds need to be hunted early in the morning

Perfect place for people who want to be in the sea for whole day. Shallow sea water helps to go far into the sea. The staffs are help full. Sea side bar is there. Breakfast items are ok, not too many varieties but ok. Rooms are ok. We got separate cottages. Have fridge, locker etc. nearby variety of restaurants are available. Try to carry some currency in cash, some shops don’t have card facilities. QR available but I tried to pay but can’t pay. Buy water from outside shops cheap, around 35 VND for 5 liter water.

Great location. it's really nice. The garden is amazing. The stuff was amazing but, the first night of our experience in the hotel was not pleasant. We rent a room first line very close to the beach and we saw three cockroaches they move us to another room, unfortunately, the room was with too much humidity. The second thing we didn't like about this place is that just behind the hotel? There is a big renovation of a big building and the noise from the morning was terrible. The third thing that we didn't like about the hotel is that we saw many mouses around the kitchen and the breakfast was not something special really really basic stuff otherwise it was amazing experience.

We stayed at Coco Palm Beach Resort & Spa for 5 nights and overall had a good stay, but the place could be so much better with some care and maintenance. The positives: Fantastic location directly on the beach with beautiful sunsets. The resort is small and quiet, with a really lovely, lush garden – it feels very tropical and cosy. Our Deluxe Double Room with partial sea view was spacious and the layout was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed something. There are several great restaurants within walking distance, so you have plenty of options for dinner. Breakfast was more than enough for us, with a small buffet that changed a bit from day to day, so it didn’t get too repetitive. Points that really need improvement: The hotel is used as a shortcut by guests from other hotels, so if you stay in a ground-floor room, people are constantly walking past your terrace and window on their way to the beach. This takes away a lot of privacy and the relaxed feeling. The beach area is completely packed with sunbeds. Many of which are also rented out to guests from other hotels. The result is a very crowded and, unfortunately, quite dirty beach. Many visitors, mostly from Russia, bringing a lot of bottles , cans, coconuts etc to the beach and just leave it there. No-one takes care of it, the rubbish stays all day. The sunbed mattresses are old and stained, and they are not getting cleaned. Our room had visible mould in several places, which really shouldn’t happen in this category of hotel and needs urgent attention. The photos on Booking.com are clearly outdated and show the resort and the beach area in much better condition than they are now. When we mentioned this at reception, the staff were friendly and said they would replace the pictures, which we appreciate – the pictures from an open terrace and a clean beach with a few sunbeds are already taken out on booking.com. Conclusion We liked the location, the garden, the staff and the general atmosphere, and with a bit of renovation and proper care for the beach area this could be a truly fantastic place. Right now it’s a pleasant stay with a lot of potential, but guests should be aware that the beach facilities and maintenance are far below what the photos suggest.

We had a cozy holiday, the beach mostly is clean , sometimes some plastic bags or cups being pushed to the beach after high tide. The resort is peaceful , by the beach , about 15-20 mins drive to Duong Dong town Center, I wish to come back again.

The rooms are amazing, with traditional architecture, really comfortable, huge, and lead directly to the beach. The property is cozy and is very well located. The service can vary a bit depending on who is seated at the reception, and the rooms can get slightly noisy. But all in all, its a stunning property and we would readily recommend it to everyone
