  Whoever's decision it was to buy cheap hard beds for this hotel messed up big time. So far this is the fourth hotel we have stayed in at this location and all other rooms had amazing perfect soft sprung mattresses and good clean rooms. This has a rock for a bed. Why would you ruin a beautiful hotel and beautiful place like this with such an obvious mistake. 95% of the hotel customers around here are Russian french English or Spanish. So 95% of the guests who stay here are going to hate these beds. So you already ruined your business...

  As budget hotel, this venue is absolutely fine. Staff doesn't speak much English, but with Google translate they will be very helpful. Bed was quite firm, but overall it's clean and nice. Very nice location, and there is a night market that sells local food at reasonable prices.

  It's a budget hotel with clean room, good for the price I paid. The staff are nice and friendly. There was no kettle in the room. I asked for one from the guy working there, and he gave one to me. I stayed for 11 days. No issue with the air conditioning for the whole duration. Things that could be improved, the mattress are on the harder side, does not accept credit card payment, only cash or bank transfer. Not a complain, just things to take note. I did not bring extra cash with me. So I spent like 20 minutes trying to transfer funds from my overseas bank account to their Vietnam bank account. BTW, on my 2 nights, my next door neighbor played loud music until like 3-4am. I could hear the beat/bass from my room, not loud but you can hear the bass. Met them during the day, looked like nice couple though, but I did not want to make a fuss. Just don't understand why some people are not considerate

  The location is undeniably great—honestly, one of the top three areas to stay in Phu Quoc. The beach is stunning, and it’s a perfect spot for a quiet, secluded getaway. However, that is where the positives end. The state of the room was an absolute disgrace. Everything from the bedsheets and pillowcases to the duvet covers was stained and unironed. The bathroom looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning product in months; the shower was covered in thick, ancient limescale. Dust was everywhere, the windows were filthy, and there were visible stains on the walls and mirrors. I even took a photo of the towel provided—it was so worn out and tattered that it shouldn't even be used as a rag, let alone given to a guest. To top it all off, the room was crawling with ants. If I hadn't brought my own towels and bed linens, staying there would have been physically impossible. There are plenty of other hotels in this area. Do not waste your money here. Not recommended.

  This is warning for anyone who is considering booking this hotel. I got bitten by bed bugs terribly. Beds are so hard you will feel like sleeping on a floor. It actually doesn’t have any proper mattress. To be fair the hotel is very nice otherwise. But bed bugs completely damaged any good experience. The staff tried to tell me it was a food poisoning which is ridiculous. I can see clearly that I was bitten. It happened to me a few years ago in a hotel so I do know how it looks. It is very itchy too.

  DO NOT STAY HERE. The reviews are not true whatsoever. We arrived and waited for 30 mins at reception and were calling out to try and check in after a long day of travelling. We finally got to the room and the room was dirty, bed sheets dirty, balcony horrible and the mattress and bed is just absolutely impossible to sleep on. It is a leather mattress, rock hard, like sleeping on pure concrete. It’s like a very strange complex of joint up time shares or apartment buildings, really strange vibes all around the complex. The owner was rude and didn’t speak much English unfortunately, we were translating but still not very helpful at all. We were In the room for a total of 20 minutes before we left and booked a different hotel. The owner also refused to refund us even though we were there a total of 20 minutes. I have gone through Agoda, but don’t be deceived by their reviews like we we were! This hotel is a complete catfish!

  Terrible hotel, no service always no staff in reception. All wall out let malfunction, the room is very dirty, bed sheet and floor all sands and with yellow color, shower only five mins the floor flooded , ants everywhere in room and base on the room description equipment but they don’t have hairdryer and electric icon … I don’t recommend this hotel ( not hotel)

  the hotel is located on a wonderful beach. the area is very beautiful. The staff is very responsive and will help with any request. I fell in love with this place. The only thing is that there are no shampoos in the rooms.
