  very pleasant experience at M Hotel! Room was clean and had a nice view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was SO GOOD! They also offer one free meal and the portion was huge! We couldnt finish ours. Staff was very helpful and polite. Shout out to Nhi and Thuy and Binh the receptionist who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The hotel also offers free shuttle bus from/to the airport and they made sure I was aware of the schedule (think they sent me the schedule 3 times via various channel before I arrive lol). Location is very convenient to get to night market, restaurants and tour office. Will definitely come back.

  The hotel is average 4 stars, needs upgrades, the tile floor are great on your feet after walking outside. it location conveniently near the beach, near reasonable prices restaurants. Love the indoor pool on level B1. Their breakfast buffet is delicious. The service is impeccable. Phu quoc city is a working progress, ultimately is a great experience. This hotel with families, couples, are quite safe, friendly staffs, I definitely recommended.

  Good place to stay. We stayed in a La Petite room so as expected it was small. Clean and relatively comfortable. The strong ocean winds can make the room noisy. Located near the night market but away from the main street bars and restaurants. Good selection for included breakfast. Great service with a smile.

  A great hotel, but experience was made unpleasant. Hotel had 2 power outages during our stay, and the front desk informed it was maintenance. A courtesy call would have been good to inform guests if the hotel is going through any scheduled maintenance, and to possibly look at timings not during the time of the day when there is heavy movement ( ie. In the morning when people are resting/checking out, and during the evening when people are going out for dinner). A very terrible experience. I had tried to be understanding during the stay, but these two outages are unacceptable.

  From the moment we walked into this palatial establishment we felt we didn’t want to leave. Staff, the building itself, the rooms, breakfast, refreshingly cold pool and the views were incredible. Every little detail has been perfected here. Thanks again.

  Just got back from Phu Quoc and honestly, staying at M Hotel made the trip even better 💙The location is also super convenient! Close to restaurants, night market and LUA Spa etc., making it easy to explore the island without spending too much time on transportation.The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was definitely one of my favorite spots in the hotel.Would I stay here again? Absolutely. If you’re looking for a hotel with a beautiful sea view, great location, and a relaxing vibe in Phu Quoc, M Hotel is definitely worth considering ✈️🌴

  Having stayed in M hotel in da nang we knew the M brand would be a good choice, room at the front yes was noisy being on the road but it didn’t stop us from sleeping and just wear ear plugs it was ok, room was kept tidy ans clean, we missed breakfast as it’s only on until 10am but there are great bakeries next door and opposite, reception is helpful we stayed by the pool for 2 hrs as we were busy but the beach should at least be cleaned and rubbish picked up each day, it’s one of my pet hates working with the neighbours there is no excuse for the rubbish washed up not to be cleared unfortunately every beach is like this no one cares. Location is great and would stay again if coming to Phu Quoc.

  I had a wonderful stay here. Thanh and Tien were very friendly and very helpful, and they really made my stay very lovely. The beds were very comfortable and I slept very well. I also loved the pool downstairs — it is very beautiful with very chilled and relaxing vibes. The private beach is also very clean and nice to walk and relax. The breakfast was to die for, absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
