I recently stayed at Movenpick Residence & Villas Phu Quoc for a few days and honestly had a very comfortable experience overall. The property is spacious, peaceful, and suitable for both families and couples looking for a relaxing vacation away from the crowded areas. What impressed me the most was the service from the staff team. Everyone was friendly and approachable throughout the stay. Special thanks to Hung, Thanh, and Quoc Anh for their warm hospitality and professional support. They were always willing to assist whenever we needed information or support, and their attitude made the stay feel more welcoming and personal. The room was clean and well maintained, with a nice ocean atmosphere and comfortable bedding. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, especially the local dishes and bakery section. I also enjoyed the beach area and the sunset view in the afternoon. One small point is that the buggy service could take a bit longer during busy hours, but the staff still handled requests politely and professionally. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back on my next visit to Phu Quoc.

Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc was honestly one of our favourite family resort stays ever. We absolutely loved this place. The villas were exceptional, spacious, beautifully designed and perfect for travelling with a larger family group. The whole resort feels incredibly family-friendly without losing that luxury resort atmosphere. There was so much for the kids to do between the kids club, foam parties in the main pool, beach access and of course the daily complimentary Chocolate Hour which quickly became part of our routine. My kids genuinely looked forward to it every afternoon. The resort itself is huge, but the buggy service throughout the property was fantastic and made getting around very easy, especially with young children. Pro tip: check the schedule for the buggy that takes guests to the front gate area as it’s handy if you want to explore nearby shops or services outside the resort. We also loved the swim-up bar at the main pool, especially during happy hour. Cocktails were excellent and surprisingly well priced for a luxury resort. The atmosphere around the pool area was always fun and relaxed. The spa was another standout for me. Beautiful facilities, very professional staff and such a relaxing experience. That said, if you’re travelling on more of a budget there are also laundry and spa services located just outside the resort gates which are significantly cheaper and still very good quality. The service throughout the resort was consistently warm, friendly and attentive. We genuinely felt looked after during our entire stay. Overall, such a fantastic resort for families, groups or anyone wanting a relaxing beach holiday in Phu Quoc. We made so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely return.

Amazing stay at Movenpick Villas & Residences. So much so we extended our stay for a few days longer. Enjoying the great breakfast in Lang Chai restaurant. The service is absolutely amazing across the board. Everyone makes you feel at home. Big shout out to Kim Xuyen, during our Lang Chai breakfast times. Always with a smile and always so attentive and making us feel very welcomed. Thank you!

Ts is PEAK. Like the usual, amazing villas, amazing place, love the halal option. Anddd its quite affordable imo. We stayed here for 3 nights, was honestly surprised with how convenient our visit was. Want water? Got it right there, wanna iron sum? U got it rite there. Everything was pretty thought about🙏🏻. We did try the laundry, it was pretty affordable imo. We did take the villa with the 3 rooms so it was pretty comfortable, awesome view, would definitely choose this place if I ever visit Vietnam again♥️

Highly disappointed. Staying right now there with family. First, its no where near luxury experince. Rooms need better maintenance. Breakfast is highly disappointing. They had separate area for Indian vegetarian, but nothing taste like indian, not even Indian tea. Indian breads were which no where available in India. Staff doesn't care or don't understand needs. Toaster was like had to try three times to get slightly warm toast. Near larger bread area, white bread was exhausted. I requested many times, but that was not refilled. Indian tea got exhausted, I asked for refill but it came when we have finished and even buffet time was over. In room they provide just 4 small bottle of water with each bottle have big warning tag that will cost 50000 vnd for extra bottle. Empty minibar. Broken luggage rack and when told did shabby repair work. Toilet in morning smell very bad (even before use). Hand shower stand keep falling. There are lot more. I am one of top contributor on Google and Trip Advisor, reviewd 100s of hotels all over world, but here it was one of most disappointing experince. May be over expectation from Accor Brand or Movenpick.

We recently stayed at Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc and had a very enjoyable experience.|Our room was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, with a stunning bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved waking up to the beautiful mountain views each morning.||The pool areas at both the Residences and the main resort were fantastic. Having access to the facilities and amenities across both properties was a real bonus and added great value to our stay. The beach is within easy walking distance, was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the presence of lifeguards and clearly marked swimming areas.||The complimentary daily chocolate hour was a lovely touch and something we looked forward to. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always did their best to assist. While English can be somewhat limited at times, everyone was genuinely helpful and welcoming.||The food was good overall, although there is room for improvement. The breakfast buffet appears to cater more heavily towards certain demographics, but there was still a reasonable variety and plenty of enjoyable options.||The location is also very convenient, with Grab rides readily available and inexpensive for trips to local markets, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Phu Quoc seems to still be rapidly developing, so it will be interesting to see what's on offer next time. ||Overall, we had a relaxing and comfortable stay and would happily recommend Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc to anyone looking for a modern beachfront resort with excellent facilities.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. They have baby cot available for my 2 year old and the staff were very attentive to my child. The pool access room has a 0.7m pool in front that is next to the main pool which was nice. The breakfast selection was good catering to different Asian and western cuisines. The spa and gym is in the Waverley building so you will need to take the buggy service but it was readily available. We enjoyed our stay!

The beachfront villas at the Mövenpick are nothing short of perfect. Positioned just steps away from the powdery sand and ocean waves, they offer an incredible sense of privacy and luxury. The Rooms are exceptionally large, bright, and thoughtfully designed. There is more than enough space to unpack, unwind, and truly feel at home. The resort maintains impeccable cleanliness throughout the villas and common areas, and while the atmosphere remains peaceful with minimal noise levels, the extensive amenities from the sparkling pools to the daily Chocolate Hour ensure every convenience is covered. The service is remarkably quick. Even during busier hours, the kitchen and staff, especially Nhi, Tuong, Thu, Anh, Ly ensure that food arrives promptly, fresh, and beautifully presented. Mövenpick Phu Quoc Resort perfectly balances large, convenient luxury with genuine, fast, and friendly service.
