  We had a fantastic stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. As an Accor Gold member, I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and the beachfront infinity pool offers breathtaking views, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. My family absolutely loved spending time by the pool and exploring the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of options and caters well to different tastes. However, the Indian cuisine selection is quite limited, and the taste could be significantly improved. Expanding and enhancing the Indian menu would greatly benefit Indian guests. We also experienced the spa, and the treatment was excellent. The therapists were highly professional, skilled, and ensured a truly relaxing experience. Overall, this is a wonderful property with excellent facilities, warm hospitality, and stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

  Excellent Resort! Private beach, 2 swimming pools, all in door and outdoor facilities, excellent gym. Delicious food! Helpful and supportive staff! Location is best as it is near to Airport. When I visited I suppose the hotel was almost fully occupied still for breakfast plenty of place and no delay for anything all items getting refilled fast! Commendable job by staff and chef!

  We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were big enough and clean. The overall facilities are large, with several swimming pools and access to the beach. The staff was always on top of things, gardeners taking care of plants, cleaning staff making sure everything was clean, restaurant staff cleaning up tables immediately, etc. it is a very well maintained hotel. Loved their buffet breakfast as it had many options and tasted good. Their seafood buffet dinner though is so so, would instead take dinner outside. But overall, had a very nice time there.

  Everything is good and worthy in summer. Smooth check in by friendly staff named Khang, he managed to extend my check out at 1pm. A small night market just walking distance for foods and mart, it is middle of phu quoc, away from town, the beach is more wavey than South. Room is big, should improve on sound proof if necessary.

  Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from the very first day. We were made to wait nearly 5 hours in the lobby with our children because the room was supposedly being cleaned.After a long journey,this was extremely frustrating and not the welcome we expected. The common washrooms were dirty,unhygienic,and had a strong unpleasant smell.It seemed like maintenance and cleanliness standards were not being properly maintained. We also encountered cockroaches in our room during our stay,which was extremely disappointing and irritating. We reported the issue to the hotel staff,but no effective action was taken and the problem remained unresolved.A clean and pest-free room is a basic expectation for any guest,and this significantly affected our overall experience. Another concern was that many of the floor tiles around the property were uneven and loose.Guests need to be cautious while walking,as these areas can be a tripping hazard and may cause injuries,especially for children and elderly visitors. The food was average and did not meet our expectations for a resort of this category.While it was acceptable,we found ourselves enjoying local roadside food much more during our stay. The reception staff were most disappointing.Instead of addressing guests' concerns professionally,they often appeared indifferent to customer issues and did not seem particularly interested in helping resolve problems. The positives of this hotel are its swimming pools and location.The hotel has two beautiful and well-maintained pools,including one right next to the beach with stunning views.Our children especially enjoyed the pools because the water depth is around 0.8 meters,making it safe and comfortable for kids.The hotel also provides life jackets and swimming goggles,which is a thoughtful touch for families.In addition,the complimentary shuttle service to and from the beachside pool was very convenient. The location is another advantage,with supermarkets and the night market situated nearby,making it easy to explore the area. While the pools,family-friendly facilities,and location were excellent,they were not enough to outweigh the poor service,long check-in delay,cleanliness concerns, cockroach problem,and maintenance issues.Overall,the experience fell short of expectations.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing — perfect for a getaway. A special thanks to Vinh, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. His professionalism really made our experience even more enjoyable.One small area for improvement would be the shower in the room, as the water pressure tends to fluctuate between strong and weak. Aside from that, everything else was great.Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again.

  I had the pleasure of visiting the hotel spa and I highly recommend it. I was treated by Ms. Tien, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Not only was the treatment relaxing and enjoyable, but her professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident throughout the entire session.||She paid great attention to detail and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. It is clear that she has extensive experience and genuinely cares about providing excellent service.||Thank you, Ms. Tien, for making my stay even more special. I would definitely return and recommend this spa to anyone visiting the hotel.

  Stayed at Novotel Phu Quoc for a few nights. The resort itself is well-maintained, with nice facilities and a pleasant beachfront setting. The staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout the stay.However, my experience was affected by the room being quite noisy, which made it difficult to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. Another downside is the location. While the resort is suitable for a quiet getaway, it is relatively far from the main town area, so getting to popular tourist spot, shops, and other attractions required additional travel time.Overall, it was an average stay. The resort has some good qualities, but the noise issue and distance from town reduced the overall experience.
