Our experience at the Ocean Bay resort was one of the most memorable holidays we have taken so far. The hotel, set right in the beautiful nature of the Phu Quoc island, is beautifully designed, combining local materials with comfortable and modern elements. We loved waking up to the sunrises by the pool and pristine beach. Miss Hue, Mr Ocean, the Bamboo SPA team and the rest of the staff were uniquely welcoming, made sure we have everything we need throughout our stay, and assisted us with any request that came up. The breakfast was delicious, with diverse choices and local as well as international items, to be enjoyed at a picturesque restaurant overlooking the pool and garden. We particularly enjoyed our frequent SPA massages, whereby we felt taken care of with high-quality treatments as well as drinks and snacks. Overall, our stay was excellent and we can't wait to be back at the Ocean Bay resort. The only part we didn’t find satisfactory were the prices of food and drinks at the hotel pier restaurant, very high compared to the high-quality restaurants located right outside of the hotel.

i had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. the first thing that strikes me is the vast and beautifully landscaped territory, there’s so much space to walk around and breathe. i stayed in a bungalow designed in a lovely natural style, which felt very cozy and blended perfectly with the surroundings. one of the highlights of my trip was definitely the sunset. the view from the hotel is simply stunning! also, a huge thanks to the staff, everyone was incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. and don't even get me started on the breakfasts, everything was fresh, diverse, and delicious every single morning. highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

My stay at Ocean Bay Resort on Ong Lang Beach, Phu Quoc was absolutely unforgettable. The beach is stunning, with soft golden sand, crystal-clear water, and breathtaking sunsets every evening. The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious, especially the grilled prawns, squid, and local fish dishes. Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The tropical cocktails were equally amazing—perfectly crafted and refreshing while enjoying the ocean view. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful natural surroundings, and warm hospitality made the experience even more special. If you are looking for a perfect beach getaway with fantastic food, great cocktails, and spectacular scenery, Ocean Bay Resort is definitely a place you should visit in Phu Quoc. 🌴🌊🍹 Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking to experience the beauty of Phu Quoc at its finest.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Getaway at Ocean Bay Resort and Spa! My wife and I spent 4 days in Phu Quoc, and we ended up spending most of our time relaxing within the Ocean Bay Resort and Spa. There were a few reasons why we hardly left the resort. First of all, first impressions matter immensely. We arrived a bit early, and since our room wasn't quite ready, the Customer Relations Manager, Ms. Hue, kindly showed us to the lobby area where we could relax and enjoy the pool and sea views while waiting. The sea view from the lobby is simply amazing—you instantly feel like you are on vacation the moment you sit on the sofa. Ms. Hue demonstrated exceptional hospitality and introduced us to various local delicacies, especially the Vietnamese Banh Mi (which we tried and highly recommend—you cannot miss it!). After checking in, we noticed a minor issue outside our villa. We contacted the reception, and Ms. Hue immediately responded with a highly satisfactory solution. Her considerate and detail-oriented manner in handling the situation was truly touching. Whenever we needed assistance, whether it was arranging a taxi or asking for sightseeing information, she replied almost instantly with wonderful recommendations. The resort layout is fantastic. All rooms are very close to the beach; you literally just walk out of your room to reach a paradise-like beach with smooth sand and a beautiful ocean. One of the hotel's signature experiences is dining by the sunset. Their restaurant is built directly on the beach and extends out over the sea, offering an unexpectedly breathtaking experience (just be prepared that some KOLs taking photos might be part of the scenery!). All in all, it was a wonderful 4-day trip. Highly recommended!

I’m currently staying at Ocean Bay and overall I am enjoying my stay. There are things here that for me make it loose a Star. The food a breakfast is lovely but the dinning area is hot. Not many fans and no air conditioning , this means for me a shorter less relaxed dining experience. I walk in dry from my air con room but leave wet . The staff are great and friendly and the service very good. The hotel has an excellent pool. Truly lovely , but with about 24/25 beds around the pool they are at a premium. It’s a fairly large well maintained hotel but if you want to be a pool person and stay by a pool , good luck ! The beds are taken early and that it . However if the beach is more your thing , then you are in luck. A great beach , shallow waters and plenty of sun beds. This is definitely a hotel for beach goers not pool goers . The hotel is located at the end of a long road with not much nearby. So taxis if you want to venture out to a town. We ate on the hotel bar grill restaurant on our first two nights . First night great. Second night disappointing as my Greek salad was real small in size and no Feta cheese. This place is not cheap for food compared to other hotels and restaurants we stayed in locally before here. Rooms are very well maintained and the bathrooms are outside without air con.

The place is beautiful but managed very badly. It’s very big and very confusing. They put us first in a room that was very far from everything and in the morning we were woken up to construction work. It was very loud! We complained and they moved us swiftly to another room nearer but not as good as the first room that we had. The breakfast was good, the restaurant was expensive and average, nothing special but the view was good. The pool and the beach were nice but I was asked to go back to my room when I wanted to sit just outside my room on the seaside at 2am. The laundry service was very quick but expensive too and the clothes didn’t smell good for long. When you are there, there is nothing much around apart from what’s in the resort. We had to buy the bottled water from the mini bar in the room as there is nowhere else to get it and you only get 2 free small bottles a day, however the second night we were told the price was going up? It’s not a big deal but why would you put the price of water up during our stay? It’s not very professional! The only reason I am giving them 3 stars and not just 1 star is because at check out Anna was great! Amazing customer service and beautiful smile. So thanks to Anna, you guys got 2 extra stars.

We got a great deal to stay in one of the beach bungalows right on the sea. Because of the fab price I am scoring the resort higher than I would have, if we had paid full price. The location is fantastic and it's right on the beautiful clean beach, with white sands and Chrystal blue waters. Breakfast is fab and the manager Hue is always checking in to make sure guests are happy. The pool area is beautiful and the pool is huge and lovely. Our beach bungalow was nice but more rustic than I would expect for a 5 star resort. Bed is huge and incredibly comfortable but that's the only real positive thing I can say. The balcony furniture is thick solid wood and not comfortable to sit on. The air con is very weak and I was always hot. The bathroom is very large but looks like it needs a spruce up and is prone to toads and geckos. If you are looking for luxury then I think you would be disappointed.

3rd leg of our Vietnam holiday and this resort did not disappoint. Villa right on the beach and the resort has it's own private beachfront. Staff were wonderful and especially Vincent was a standout at the breakfast buffet. Always there with a smile and brought juice and coffee to the table without asking. |The buffet was also a standout with so many choices and everything was so fresh and tasty. Waterfront restaurant also a must. |Swimming pool was well serviced but always busy so sometimes hard to get a place to sit. Bar staff also very accommodating. |Villa was beautiful with a tropical theme and a huge outdoor bath / shower.
