This hotel is exceptional, boasting an outstanding location that makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff is truly remarkable; they are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. A particular highlight was the personal service we received from Haiah, who made our experience even more memorable with her warm demeanor and attention to detail. The hotel also features a fantastic swimming pool, perfect for relaxing or unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The pool area is well-maintained, providing a serene environment to take a dip or lounge in the sun. Additionally, the breakfast offered is of high quality, featuring a diverse selection of delicious options that cater to various tastes. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, excellent service, making it a top choice for our next visit in Phu Quoc.

This review comes from the bottom of my heart. During our honeymoon, we experienced a serious issue with our booking through Agoda. Despite requesting a cancellation, a duplicate reservation was created without our consent, which caused us a great deal of stress—especially as my wife is pregnant and we came here for a peaceful prenatal trip. In the middle of this stressful situation, the team at Seashell Resort & Spa showed us what true hospitality really means. They listened to our situation with genuine care and understanding, and most importantly, they helped us resolve the issue by canceling the unwanted booking. Thanks to them, we were able to continue and enjoy our honeymoon without further worry. I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Haiah, who went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help made all the difference for us. We will never forget her support. Because of this experience, Seashell Resort & Spa is no longer just a beautiful place to stay—it is a place filled with truly kind and caring people. If you are considering staying here, I can confidently say that you will be in very good hands. Thank you once again. We will never forget this kindness.

Great place to stay if you want a tub right in your bedroom. Great breakfast layout, infinity pool, beach strip straight from the hotel, great location. Be ready for pages and pages of rules and regulations including multiple pages of what they will charge if you steal a tub or chip it and damage towels, crockery, etc. The fridge wasn’t working but they immediately replaced it. Laundry service available but you can wash or get clothes laundered at a fraction of the cost next door and request for an iron and ironing board which is free. Large rooms.

The hotel pool was the highlight overlooking the sea a great place to stay cool relax and read a book. The room was spacious and comforable but has a chiller unit no fridge. The staff are friendly but some speak little English so some miscommunications. Also often hard to get service poolside as only 1-2 staff serving 50+ guests. The restaraunt serves a large choice of really good dishes and buffet at reasonsble prices. Certainly one of the better places to stay in Phu Quoc.

I want to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️The Bad: Breakfast Service Disappointment of the TALL LADY However, there was one major issue that left me quite dissatisfied—the breakfast service staff. When I came down for breakfast at 8:00 AM, Every single time, I had to actively look for a waiter just to get cutlery. We were served by a “tall waitress “who clearly didn't want to be there. She brought our utensils out holding them with her bare hands while sporting a completely dismissive face. To top it off, I asked her for napkins and she told me to wait 5 minutes. 20 minutes went by and she never came back. Unprofessional and rude. The restaurant staff seriously need urgent retraining. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼The Good: Front Desk & Housekeeping The front desk service was absolutely exceptional and highly efficient. The coordination for the complimentary airport shuttle bus was incredibly smooth. Both the reception team and the staff managing the shuttle provided the high level of service you would expect from an upgraded experience. Additionally, the hotel rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, and the housekeeping team was very attentive throughout my stay. If I’m coming back, I’m coming back for the reception team & housekeeping team, but I will avoiding to go to the restaurant🥴 🌟Anyway, thank you for the management team for bringing attention to this matter

The general place is maintained well and very clean. Its location is great for Travellers as it is situated at a central spot, and easy to get to the north and south parts of the Island. Service is really good there. Their online chat is very active and they reply really fast. Before i arrived, I managed to book a spa service there and they accommodated any made changes I requested for. They also provide free shuttle service to and fro from the airport to their hotel, which helps with saving cost. Their managers are really friendly and helpful as well.A good selection of amenities are available, and the gym is pretty neat! Love the overall place! Will probably stay here again if I come to Phu Quoc island! Thank you!

Affordable and value for money. Shuttle was already waiting when we landed. Driver was so nice and polite. Receptionist speaks good English. Room is clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was nice. Had the best pho in the hotel. Breakfast was crowded but fast service. All hotel staff are friendly and humble. Gave me a good impression on Vietnam.

A decent size room for 3 with rollout bed, the shower is extremely tiny with the door opening inwards which could be an issue for some. The roller blind for the window that separates the bathroom from the room is see through which isn't practical when sharing with others. There was a good selection at breakfast with barista coffee included. The pool and beach are amazing except there are not enough pool lounges, all gone by 6am, and not policed on pool chair bandits. They could remove the outdoor dining and add more lounges and police the people not using them, standard solutions. The deck requires replacing as it is a trip hazard in places. Night markets are an easy walk and plenty of convieniencestores nearby. Cheap transport to nearby beach clubs and bars. 4☆
