  I had an outstanding 4 night stay at this beautiful resort. Everything was excellent. Special thank you to Katherine at the Elite Desk. She is great at her job, made me feel very special and seemed grateful for my loyalty to the Marriott brand. She has a great personality and it was a great way to begin my stay. Mia, upon checkout was someone I want to recognize as well. The entire resort is beautiful and the beach is outstanding for swimming and long walks. I highly recommend this resort and I hope I can return soon.

  We only stayed one night for Vinworld but definitely wished we’d stayed longer! From check-in, Linh was super helpful, and staff at every touchpoint were kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great — highly recommend. Staff at the pool and bar were excellent too. The on-site beach is lovely, and there are kid play areas, making it an overall family-friendly spot. They also offer a shuttle service, which is handy for exploring more of the area. Would definitely recommend!

  We stayed in a 3 bedroom pool villa for 8 nights. On arrival We checked in and the villa was too large and awkwardly furnished with lots of unused space and dated furniture and quite far from the main hotel, It did not live up to the beautiful photos online. We spoke with reception and they changed our villa within the hour to a much nicer and better positioned villa within an apology note and complimentary dessert and fruit. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of variety, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, indian and western options. Along with champagne, Bloody Mary cocktails, fresh juices and proper coffee. The lunch and dinner options are lacking unfortunately. Just 3 restaurants, the buffet, wok and curry and an Italian restaurant. All nice but it does get repetitive, best option is a tuk tuk only 5 minutes to grand world for fantastic dinner options. Not as many lunch options as it’s quite hot. Beach at the front is lovely. Pool is huge and also lovely with plenty of sun chairs and hammocks etc. Kids club is very dated and a bit of an afterthought. Entertaining for toddlers but definitely not suitable for above 3 or 4, which is how old they have to be to leave them solo. Overall we had a great holiday, excellent service, polite staff but definitely room for improvement in some areas.

  The hotel is beautiful and very stylishly furnished. Unfortunately, it's showing its age and needs a thorough cleaning or renovation in some areas. The grounds with the gorgeous pool are impeccably maintained and top-notch. Unfortunately, the management, service, and staff are not up to the standard I expected from Sheraton. The staff speak little to no English. At the breakfast buffet, they couldn't even manage to prepare a decent omelet or eggs Benedict. The poolside bartenders had to Google how to make a cocktail and then forgot the most important ingredients while mixing. Our room didn't match the advertised description, and only after several complaints, involving Marriott Bonvoy, was I given a better room starting on the fifth day. Despite showing my Marriott Bonvoy membership every time I visited the restaurants, I wasn't offered the complimentary drinks even once. Was it my responsibility to beg for them? I strongly recommend that Marriott Bonvoy audit this Sheraton hotel more frequently and rigorously in order to regain a high level of quality!

  It’s the people who truly make a difference at a hotel, and our stay at Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort was a perfect example of that.||The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Ms. Yen, Mr. Duong, and the front desk team.||We also had the pleasure of meeting the Front Office Manager, Mr. Duy, an exceptional gentleman who welcomed us with great warmth and professionalism. ||The concierge team was incredibly efficient with the handling and arrangement of our luggage—special appreciation to Mr. Phuc, Mr. Huy, and Mr. Duc for their prompt assistance.||Our villa was spectacular, offering a stunning ocean view, a private swimming pool, and ample space for a family of three. The fully equipped kitchen was an added convenience that made our stay even more comfortable.||The ‘At Your Service’ team truly lived up to its name. Every call was answered promptly, with warmth, respect, and genuine care. Our interactions with Ms. Quynh and Ms. Vy were especially delightful.||As it was my daughter’s birthday, the housekeeping team went above and beyond with beautiful floral arrangements and a thoughtful dessert setup, making the occasion even more special.||We also dined at Wok N Curry and Il Tramonto, where the menus offered a great variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.||Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would be delighted to return. ||Kudos to the entire team at Sheraton Phu Quoc - true to their motto, Welcoming Place to Gather.

  I recently visited Sheraton Phu Quoc for a short 3-day, 2-night getaway with a group of friends, and it was the perfect choice for relaxation. From the moment we booked until the final checkout, the staff's proactive and customer-oriented approach was evident.|As a Marriott Bonvoy elite member, we were thrilled to be upgraded to a villa. It was a wonderful surprise that made us feel incredibly valued. The welcome amenities were thoughtfully prepared, adding a personal touch that truly stood out.|The resort itself is sprawling and full of excellent facilities—perfect for photography enthusiasts looking for those stunning sunset shots. We were also impressed by the breakfast variety and the resort's commitment to sustainability; they publish daily food waste statistics, which is a great initiative to encourage mindful consumption.|Managing a resort of this scale is no easy feat, but the team handles it with grace. Special thanks to Channa, Tuoi, and the entire ground team for making our stay so special. Keep up the great work! Cam on!

  This hotel is in a great location and every evening you can watch the sunset into the sea on the horizon. The pool area is huge and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great range of good quality food available, to satisfy all tastes. I spent plenty of time at the pool bar, and the staff their were just great! Very kind and friendly people, and made my stay that much more special. I would like to mention them by name, they are Khun, Oanh, Nguyen, Thuong and Vy. Thanks again!

  It's a beautiful property. The north in general is a bit secluded to the rest of the island. Living in north means you really want to relax and visit the vinwonder and grand world. The resort is amazing. The staff is friendly and the dining options aren't bad. It has one of cleanest beaches. Really enjoyed our stay.
