  We stayed for a week in the month of march and we had an amazing time. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful in accommodating our requests. The breakfast buffet was good and many options available if no dieteiry restrictions , however it would be a bit challenging for Indian vegeterians. The rooms were spacious and service was good. The children play area was a plus for us. The location of the property is very close to the grand world and transportation to major attractions was also easy with regular shuttle bus service available.

  Enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were good, beds were a little hard for my taste, but not bad overall. Breakfast buffet was nice. Facilities are good. The kids area wasn’t the best. There were no toys etc to play with but my kids are at the ages they aren’t really into that anymore so didn’t affect us. Location is great. Grandworld is cool. Some of the other guests were extremely rude at times. Eg pushing in a line, cutting off my kids when they were lining up for something. However, that’s not the hotels fault. I would stay here again.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in VinHolidays Fiesta phu quoc Vietnam, and a very special thanks goes to the receptionist “ Ms Mai” who took such incredible care of us throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, she treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth that made us feel truly welcome. What impressed us the most was how she went above and beyond to help us explore the city by even arranging free bus passes for us. Small gestures like this show how much she genuinely cares about guests and their experience. To the hotel owners and management — employees like her are rare and invaluable. She represents your hotel with excellence and deserves recognition, appreciation, and honestly, a promotion for the outstanding hospitality she provides. Because of her exceptional service, I would highly recommend everyone visiting Vietnam to stay at this hotel. Great hotels are remembered because of great people, and she made our trip even more memorable and you might get lucky Thank you once again for such amazing hospitality “ Ms Mai”.

  This is a wonderful choice of hotel if you are staying in north phu quoc. You get free vinbus tickets to travel from and to airport which can save you atleast 3k inr. The rooms are very good. You either get the pool view rooms or the ones facing the sea/hills. We preferred the partial sea view rooms. The check in time is 3pm which is very late when compared to their check out time of 12pm. This can be improved since you can see a lot of folks waiting for rooms in the lobby starting from 10am. We went out to explore the grand world instead of wasting our time. The breakfast buffet is fantastic but you need to go as early as 6 30 or 7 to avoid rush. The spread is very good and has a little bit of every cuisine. Veg options are also available. Swimming pool is very clean and always has a life gaurd nearby. Overall great stay and would definitely book here if staying in phu quoc again. You can also use the shuttle buses to visit vinwonders and vinsafari from this hotel.

  We are from India and visited Vinholiday during our honeymoon, and it was an amazing experience. The place is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The rides, attractions, and overall atmosphere made our day truly special. Everything was well organized, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are so many fun things to see and do, and the views are stunning. It’s a perfect place for couples, families, and friends to enjoy. We had a wonderful time and created lovely memories here during our honeymoon. If you are visiting Vietnam, VinWonders is definitely a must-visit place in phuquoc Best part of Vinholiday hotel is the Grand World Place which is right behind the hotel We can say It's like a different world, best experience ever,

  One of the most pathetic hotels i ever visited.the service is the worst of all.it should be mentioned as 2 star hotel not 4star.whaterver u request for the service will not be done its either be food in their restaurant or laundry service.the room is neat but u should not expect any other service from them.even the bell boy in the reception wont help u in bringing ur luggages to room it will be lay down in the reception the whole day. They wont even have the basic toiletries in the bathroom.no water in the bathroom in middle of the night.reception people wont attend the call. 99%people dont know english here so its difficult for them to make understand nly google translator helps there. Restaurant mornin buffet is mainly concentrated on vietnamese food.dont even think of ordering any indian foods there.its worst. Overall experience not worth it.

  The room is clean and spacious, a balcony with a nice view of the mountain. Easy and hassle free check-in and check out process. Upon check in you will be greeted by the receptionist with a smile and warm welcome. The hotel offers a free transfer from airport to the hotel. And free shuttle bus when going to Vinwonders and Vinpearl Safari. The hotel is a just a few minutes walk to the Grandworld, Its perfect for a night walk and food trip. Our booking includes breakfast buffet, and it was good. Overall, we had a great time in this hotel.

  Our 2 rooms/family room are big for a family of 5. We stayed for 6 nights. It has a view of pool. The overall cleanliness is 10/10. Everyday, the staff cleans the room and replenish the toiletries and complimentaries. The location of the hotel is peaceful and near the beach, stores and amusement parks.We'd love to come back here in the future travel and will definitely recommend to our family and friends. To Vin Holiday Fiesta staff and crew thank you very much for being very accomodating, nice and respectful. God bless🙏
