Stayed at Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc and came away impressed by the sheer scale of the property. This is a massive resort that feels more like a destination in itself than just a hotel. The highlight for my family was undoubtedly the water slide, which kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. The private beach is clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. There are plenty of beach activities available, though they are priced on the higher side. That said, the convenience of having everything right at the resort makes it easy to overlook the extra cost. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Grand World Phu Quoc and the Vinpearl Safari, making sightseeing simple and hassle free. The complimentary airport pickup and drop off service was also well organized and added to the overall convenience. A point worth noting for Indian travellers is the food. While there are plenty of dining options, finding familiar Indian flavours can be challenging, especially for vegetarians or those who prefer spicy food. Overall, Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc offers excellent facilities, a beautiful beach, and a great base for exploring the island. If you’re looking for a large resort experience with family friendly amenities and easy access to nearby attractions, it’s a solid choice.

We had an amazing stay at Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc! The property is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and strategically located, making it a perfect choice for exploring Phu Quoc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended it. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hospitality throughout our stay was excellent, and every staff member was warm, humble, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to **Chef Mukul Kataria**, who truly made our trip memorable. Being vegetarians, finding good Indian food during our 14-day Vietnam trip was quite challenging. Thanks to Chef Mukul, we were able to enjoy delicious, authentic Indian vegetarian breakfast every day. His dedication, kindness, and efforts to accommodate guests deserve special appreciation. The Food & Beverage team (specially Kuldeep Kaur) also did a wonderful job, and the quality and taste of the food were excellent. Overall, we highly recommend Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc to anyone visiting the island. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would love to come back! Our family recently concluded a wonderful four-day stay at Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, strategically located in North Phu Quoc, and offers an excellent blend of comfort, hospitality, and family-friendly amenities. What truly distinguished the stay, however, was the professionalism and warmth of the staff. A special word of appreciation for Quoc from the Front Office, whose efficiency, courtesy, and prompt assistance ensured a seamless check-in and overall stay experience. My from the restaurant team deserves commendation for her attentive service and ever-smiling demeanour, which made every dining experience pleasant and memorable. Equally noteworthy was Ly from Guest Relations, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the breakfast spread was extensive, and the overall ambience of the resort reflected high standards of hospitality management. A highly recommended property for families, couples, and travellers seeking a comfortable and professionally managed resort experience in Phu Quoc.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Kuldeep Kaur, Head of the Food and Beverage Department at Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc, for her exceptional service and dedication in accommodating our dietary preferences. She went above and beyond to provide us with a delightful selection of Jain, vegan, and vegetarian dishes. The variety and quality of the food—ranging from sandwiches and waffles to pizza and pancakes—were truly impressive. Moreover, the service was remarkably quick, ensuring a pleasant and seamless dining experience. Thanks to Kuldeep’s attentive care and expertise, we thoroughly enjoyed every meal prepared especially for us.

We’ve just completed our second stay here, and once again — absolutely incredible. This hotel truly sets the standard. From the moment you arrive, everything feels effortless: the service is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell the team takes pride in creating a great experience for every guest. The food deserves a special mention — diverse, fresh, and consistently delicious. Every meal feels like a highlight, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. The beach is simply beautiful — clean, with a calm sea, perfect for relaxing with family. It’s one of those places where you can fully switch off and enjoy every moment. And for families — this is a dream. The animation team for kids is outstanding: energetic, engaging, and truly passionate. Our children loved every minute, and that made our stay even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended.

Crowded, super crowded! I stayed at this hotel for 7 days expecting a 5-stars experience. I will divide my review in a few parts: - When I say crowded imagine 2-star hotels that have multiple agencies selling popular tourist packages everywhere. You can't find easily an umbrella by the beach, the pool is always full, the breakfast buffet is a disaster; - Breakfast is from a 3-stars, positive notes for good coffee machines (also crowded, expect 4 to 6 people in front of you each time you want to grab coffee) and variety of food which was nice. But there're so many people, kids touching the food without supervision, most of the staff always looking angry, you can't find a table easily. Also the fruits very limited (usually only watermelon) and juices are not fresh, made from ultra sweet processed ingredients; - The private beach and pool are nice (if it wasn't so crowded), the rooms were spacious but a bit outdated, with electric outlets for example not working; - Concierge was actually pretty good, the only 5-stars piece really. They organized everything so well, special kudos to Vanessa! - Atlantis restaurant was good but not fair considering the small portions vs. price. All in all there's potential and the price is cheaper than the neighbor hotels with a much better experience. But in my opinion for these levels of crowds they should be charging max. USD 60 to 70 per night per room (without beach view).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful sea view. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the best parts was being so close to the beach, especially for morning walks and sunset views. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beach holiday.
