  This was the best memory of our trip to Phu Quoc! Instead of eating at a restaurant, nothing could compare to the delicious homemade Phu Quoc dishes we learned to cook here. Thanks to Chuong's friendly guidance, anyone can easily make some of the island's most authentic and delicious local food. Thank you for creating such a warm, happy, and unforgettable dining experience for us. If you're visiting Phu Quoc, I highly recommend stopping by Troc's Kitchen. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip!

  I absolutely loved the cooking class at Troc’s! The instructor is incredibly skilled and well-prepared for every session. He started teaching from the very basics, so it’s perfect even for total beginners. We learned so many useful cooking tips and techniques throughout the class. The dishes we made tasted amazing. To make the experience even sweeter, we also received lovely little gifts at the end. This is such a joyful and unforgettable experience, highly recommend to everyone!

  Since one of my friends from Vietnam invited me to his parents house and served me a bowl of home made pho, I really wanted to try making pho myself. This class made that dream come true. Chef Troc showed us several vietnamese dishes from the scratch. I really appreciate that he let us taste of pho's soup without any seasonings and then one by one he added flavors into it. It made us an idea of how it's supposed to be seasoned. I would love to try cooking it on my own. It was nice eating with other guests and also big surprise to receive a cooking certificate after the class. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to cook a specific vietnamese dish. You will learn a lot from him in tiny details.

  I 100% recommend this cooking class to everyone who comes to Phu Quoc Island. I was lucky enough to be the only one booked for the morning. I learnt so much in such a short time and the food was just delicious. The cooking class was so clean and well put together, I feel very grateful for all your time and knowledge that you have passed onto me. Now I just need to put it to practice!

  We had a great time at Troc’s Kitchen & Cooking Class learning to cook several Vietnamese dishes. I would recommend it to anyone interesed in Vietnamese cooking. Troc was a helpful and engaging teacher.

  The most exciting and wonderful culinary experience I've had in Vietnam. Chef Troc is not only incredibly skilled but also a welcoming and kind person who made us feel comfortable right away. We chose the special option with Pho, and it resulted in the best Pho Bo I have ever tried. The broth was incredibly aromatic and deep. We also mastered the art of making pancakes (no eggs - Wow!!), crispy rolls and beautiful dessert with coconut cream. The four hours flew by. It was more than just a cooking class — it was a deep dive into Vietnamese food culture. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to move beyond just eating and understand the heart of Vietnamese cuisine. We left not just with full stomachs, but with new skills, recipes, presents, food and wonderful memories!! Thanks to the Chef and his team!!❤️❤️

  I understand why Troc has 5 stars reviews! I had been looking online for a long time to book a cooking class and was so grateful to find this cooking class. Wow what an amazing experience. Troc and his team are really fantastic. Speaking so many languages and makes everyone feel included. Our cooking class was small with only 3 of us. It felt so personal and full on information. The food was out of this world and can't wait to try back home. Troc emailed the recipes and professional photos afterwards which is such a special touch.

  Chef Troc's cooking class was hands down the best experience I had during my trip through Vietnam. The place was clean and had a home spirit. You can learn local cooking techniques and eat delightfull food. Each dish uses a different cooking method which makes the course more diverse. The best part that you get to know what you eat. Chef Troc explains each used ingredient, giving the possibility to taste them one by one and understand their role in a dish. Apart from being a professional chef he is also a sympathetic guy. He wouldn't stop smiling throughout the class and despite me being the only person in the group I never felt uncomfortable.
