  Great Service! They picked up and delivered my laundry even in heavy rain, very reliable. I asked for air drying, and they did it perfectly, returning everything the same day since it was sunny most of the day They also weighed the clothes after washing and drying, which is honest and rare. Most places weigh when wet to charge more. Best prices I’ve seen. 10 out of 10. I’ll be using them again for sure.

  Brought my underwear at first. Asked to wash 30 degrees and sun dry. Was able to pick it up the next day (20/24hr later). Laundry smelled fresh and was packaged good. After this i also brought my shirts and socks, and asked if he could wash it 30 degrees and let me pick it up wet after. Only paid around 20/30k and could pick it up 1,5h later. Very good service. Clothes didn’t shrink and smelled very fresh. Had definitely no problem with this laundry store and would advice anyone to go who doesn’t have the opportunity to wash their clothes themselves!

  These guys are the best laundromat I've used in 3+ years travelling!! They picked up & delivered our washing at the resort we were staying in for three weeks (every other day we had a load for our family). They followed our requests to use our own laundry powder and not spray any fragrance or use fabric softener. This is actually something not many laundromats seem to be able to do 🫣 Nothing was every lost or damaged and was always delivered when promised. I would highly recommend them. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

  This is the second year in a row that I have used this amazing laundry service. I just contact them on their WhatsApp number and they arrange a pick-up time to suit you. The clothes come back beautifully clean, folded and smelling wonderful. Their pricing is exceptionally reasonable (about 25,000 VND/Kg + 10,000 Delivery fee) and a bargain for the traveler. You even get a photo of your laundry on a scale showing the weight to verify the cost!! Very professional. Highly recommended. See you next year guys - cheers Roy.

  This is the most amazing laundry service in Vietnam! They work wonders with stains, are careful with your clothes AND return it ironed and nicely folded. VERY reasonable prices and such a lovely family with good English. Highly recommend this business.

  Unfortunately we got our stuff back shrinked and also with stains on every even the white clothes, that you can't get rid of. I didn't expect that from a so high rated laundry service, even more sad, we had some experience clothes that were destroyed by that. 1/10. We specialty asked for air drying and also not directly in the sun. The stains were not there, your machines did it, on all of our stuff like on the picture. We are sad that it happened, cause our clothes has shrunken too much and now over 300€ is wasted, not to mention if we even can get the stains out (not sure if it's from the machine or dryer).
