  Wir haben unsere Wäsche um 17 Uhr abgegeben und konnten sie am nächsten Tag ab 10 Uhr gewaschen und getrocknet wieder abholen. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und wir haben unsere Wäsche frisch gewaschen, gut riechend und gefalten wieder zurück bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem wenn man die Preise für den Wäscheservice in den Hotels beachtet. Hier kostet das Kilo Wäsche 15.000 VND. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

  Very happy with the service, she was so polite and so fast. 1kg 15vietdongs. Clothes smell so good and she could dry them by sun and not im the maschine. Thank You!

  1KG - 15k dong, excellent. Very quick. We were polite, they were polite. Do not read the other reviews. As it is very clear they were not asking with their manners. I know from experience if you use manners you get good service. This is a local organisation. Respect them. Hi hi hi.

  Regular Laundry, use couple times. Made hotel delivery for additional fee.

  Wasn’t ready on time. The clothes came with good smell and were nicely folded. But they said to come the next day same time. So we came and were told to come back after another day. We had to wash our underwear in the hotel sink because of the 1 day delay. If we were told at the beginning that it will take that long i wouldn’t be so disappointed. If you have extra work because of the holiday then you should inform the customer that it will take longer and not make them wear the same underwear for 3 days

  This was the worst laundry service I've ever seen. They washed whites and blacks together, leaving our white t-shirts covered in stains. We had to throw all our white clothes away!!!
