  Just had a bag of laundry done here today. Dropped it off in morning and picked up at 5pm in afternoon. Washing nicely washed, dried and folded and at a great price at 20,000 dong per kg. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to others.

  Good cleaning for a freshen up of clothes. Don't expect a deep wash as none of these do. Clothes were ready within less than 24 hours. 20k/kg of clothes

  We dropped it off in the evening, and the next day at 1:00 PM we could already pick up the clothes. Fast and efficient. Smells nice.

  Quick, efficient laundry service, folded with nice smelling static paper in-between the clothes and great price. Definitely recommend

  I gave in my laundry at 12:00 and was told to pick them up the next day at 13:00, when I arrived there I was told to wait until 17:00 which wasn't a big problem but worth mentioning. What really makes me rate it 2 stars, even though there was a sheet with fragrance on my clothes, the next day after they smelled like dirty water. Since all my clothes are black, I don't know how clean the water is and how clean my clothes are. I gave in my laundry to have them smell fresh, which is not the case, unfortunately.

  They have ruined all my clothes because they have put it into a dryer.. Be aware of that.

  Beware dear visitors, the owner is a thief!! I recently visited to do some laundry (46k dong) and buy myself a beer (5k dong). I had to wait about 10 minutes before being served though as the owner was engaged in a heated discussion with clearly an irritated customer. Once served I prepared to pay the owner 51k dong but stupidly, I pulled out of my pocket a a lot of cash… schoolboy error! The owner was very quick to take a 500k dong note and went to the back to get some change.. 449k dong I assumed, but no, he came back with 110k dong. Interesting I thought to myself, this guy is either terrible at maths or he is a thief. I looked at him in the eye and he knew exactly what he was doing. Now in normal circumstances, I’d have made sure to get my money back and I could tell it would require some effort. I was with my 18 month old son and this was not the time or place to act irrationally. I left the beer, took my laundry back and walked away. I later spoke to the staff at the Lahana resort just a few meters away (which by the way is fantastic) where I was staying with my family, they were all very apologetic and each of them confirmed that this guy/small business often scams tourists. Also, quite a few reviews here suggest this too. So if you are considering spending your money here, I can only strongly advise you to think twice. Just a few meters away on the main road, there is another laundrette and beer seller who is actually a bit cheaper and very hospitable, I found out later.. Enjoy your holiday in Phu Quoc!

  The clothes have shrunk, the ones that were worn many times. That’s very unfortunate. The staff should understand which items can be dried in a dryer and which cannot. We give our clothes for washing, not to have them ruined and thrown in the trash 😢 In addition, the price is different from the one shown on the sign. The scale shows a price of 25,000 per kilogram. Please be attentive.
