  We used GL90s Laundry while staying at New World Phu Quoc and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s just a short walk from the resort, and a great option for families or travellers needing a reliable laundry service during their stay. The staff were friendly and some spoke English, which made things much easier. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and responsive, and our clothes were ready the very next morning—even when we dropped them off around 11am or 12pm. Both times we used their service, our clothes came back fresh, well-cleaned, neatly folded, and packaged with care. It was also great value—three full bags cost us just 400,000 VND. The whole process was easy and stress-free.

  Excellent service and good price! Sent my laundry at 10pm and texted me when it was done. Was delivered to my hotel (New World) at 3pm the next day, just as promised for free! The laundry was well packed, clean and nicely folded👍👍👍 Definitely recommended for people staying nearby or even for people staying a bit further away because of the service and of course the price compared to hotel prices. Don’t worry if you see the buildings around the shop empty (as with the other buildings in phu quoc 😅), it’s there as located in googlemaps. Shop is clean and the staffs are super helpful and friendly👍👍👍 Recommended!!!👍👍👍

  We stayed at the resort near by. Traveling with two toddlers created a lot of dirty messy cloths. The girl that helped me was very nice and polite. She weighed the clothes and explained to me when the laundry will be done. They even delivered it to the lobby of our hotel. Great price and great service. We used their services twice! Once when we landed and checked in and one right before we checked out. The clothes were nicely packed and folded. Highly recommended it.

  We used this laundrette next to the New World Hotel in Phu Quoc and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The service was incredibly fast — far quicker than we expected — which made a huge difference while travelling with a family. Everything came back clean, fresh, and neatly folded, ready to go. Communication was excellent throughout. The team were clear, friendly, and easy to deal with, even with the language difference, which made the whole process completely stress-free. On top of that, it was fantastic value for money compared to hotel laundry services. A really reliable, efficient option — highly recommend if you’re staying nearby and need a quick turnaround.

  Amazing service, the gentlemen that helped me was kind and knowledgeable. He was patient when I asked how the laundry service worked and explained the price breakdown. The laundry was folded and packed neatly and delivered to my hotel the next day. I recommend anyone who needs laundry done to come here for fast, efficient and amazing service

  Excellent service. I was here in off season so it was quiet, but I got 11kg of washing done on a same day service. Delivered back to hotel lobby all for 280,000 VD or $17 AUD. Young staff member spoke good English and had spot on WhatsApp communication. Highly recommended.

  I could not find it easily for the first time since the next shop is under construction and this laundry is closed, but i found it was open. There is a guy on 2nd floor, but he looks to go out often. So there is a memo in entrance and you can contact him on WhatsApp. The service was good and they're flexible to my request. One improvement point is the expected delivery timing they told was delayed for my deliverables. But when I pinged to the guy on WhatsApp, he brought to my staying hotel soon. Payment was in cash.

  I definitely do not recommend washing your whites here. All of our white clothes have become grey. Even though we asked them to separate the laundry, and even separated it ourselves, it didn't help. It's cheap, but it's a sure way to ruin all your white clothes 😳 How terrible
