  Great customer service and quick turnaround. They come to pick up our laundry and drop it off when it’s ready multiple times now during our weeklong stay at Vinpearl. Clothes and shoes all come back clean and not damp smelling like some of the other places we’ve been to during our stay in Vietnam. And all of our socks have been paired up as well for our party of 12.

  These guys were great. Used them twice during our stay at Gold Coast. Pick up and drop off easily arranged thru WhatsApp and clothes came neatly folded and smelled amazing. About $12 Canadian for a big bag of stuff. They also weigh it after its been washed and dried so no need to worry about paying extra if sending wet clothing. Definitely recommend!

  I’m really impressed with this laundry service! The pick-up and delivery were incredibly quick, making the whole process super convenient. On top of that, the quality of the cleaning was excellent — clothes came back fresh, neatly folded. Highly recommend for anyone who values both speed and great service!

  Outstanding service!! We used this shop twice during our 6 day stay and turnaround is within 12 hours! The guys picked up dirty laundry and dropped the clean ones later at the resort. We were out most of the times and both times he worked around our schedule even if that meant coming at 10pm!! Clothes came back clean,fresh and no issues 😊

  Excellent service- pick and drop off. Open communication through What’s App. Reasonable price and also showed evidence of the weight of the laundry. Would highly recommend this service. We were staying at Vinpearl Wonders Resort. Drop off was 8.30 and we collected at 15.30. Laundered clothes smelt clean and fresh. A+++

  Amazing service , they go above and beyond. Turn around time is also quick, my laundry was picked at 10am and returned by 3pm same day , their communication is also very good 👍

  Free pick up and delivery to hotel ! They are very quick with their services ! You can have fresh laundry in the same day too ! Get this while you’re stay around vin area you can call them and get a cheaper laundry service !

  I was skeptical at first because it had 5/5 stars and hardly any negative reviews. However, it completely convinced me. I contacted the shop via WhatsApp, and the laundry was picked up about 20 minutes later from my Hotel reception. Four hours after that, it was delivered back clean and neatly folded. Excellent service! The price was 50,000 VND per kilogram.
