  Rented 3 motorbikes for 10 days! Everything worked perfect, good motorbikes and great service with the owners! We also washed clothes 2 times! Perfect!

  I rented a bike from this wonderful family, the bike was in good and working condition 👍🏽 I paid for 2 months in advance, but I had to leave the island and they returned the rest of the money without any problems 🙏🏽 The owners were very friendly and understanding 😊 They also have a laundry service) I definitely recommend this place, they have a great selection of bikes 👍🏽

  It’s dangerous to rent a motorbike here. They are completely untrustworthy and will lie to you. I wouldn’t even give it one star. I hope no one else who rents a motorbike here has to go through what we experienced. We cried a lot, and it turned into the worst trip we’ve ever had.

  Very poor quality washing! The clothes were not washed, the collars of the T-shirts remained dirty. Two clothes were ruined - new stains appeared. Very aggressive communication with the client. Don't waste your time on this service.

  ⚠️*Terrible Laundry Service - Avoid at All Costs*⚠️ We decided to try this place for laundry, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. We dropped off 6 kg of clothes with a lovely lady who reassured us everything would be ready the next day. Unfortunately, when we came back to collect them, the experience was appalling. Her husband, who was handling things alone, as he later told us, pulled the clothes straight out of the dryer and stuffed them into a bag without any care. With the clothes being stuffed into the bag straight from the dryer, we knew straight away they were going to be in bits, and who knows how long they had been sitting in there. Due to this, we asked to borrow an iron. Convincing him to lend us the iron was an ordeal in itself. He seemed genuinely worried we were going to steal it and even asked for our hotel name and room number. It felt awkward and unnecessary—what would we possibly want with an old iron? When we got back to the hotel room with the iron, we discovered the clothes were in a horrible state—crumpled, some with new mysterious dirt marks that weren’t there before, and others looked as if they hadn’t even been washed. Worse still, the whites had been mixed with colors, ruining some of our items. My partner, understandably upset, went back to return the iron and confront him about the state of the clothes. Using Google Translate, she explained how unhappy we were with the service and how the clothes now looked like rags. All he could say was that he was alone because his wife had gone back home. While I sympathize with his situation, if you can’t manage the workload, don’t take on customers. It’s better to provide no service than to deliver one this poor. We had also planned to rent mopeds from them, but after this ordeal, we couldn’t trust the quality of their bikes. Despite his apparent effort to work on the mopeds, if they can’t handle something as simple as laundry, how could we trust them to maintain motorbikes properly? Again, I understand it’s close to Tet (New Year) and he’s handling everything alone, but it’s clear he’s overburdened. Take on what you can manage, don’t overpromise and underdeliver. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Avoid this place if you expect even the bare minimum of service quality.
