  Nice staff and good service. The condition of the scooters is okay. But the renting procedure is very uncomplicated. The condition of the scooter is very well documented with photos and the whole process only takes a few minutes. You can handle all communication via WhatsApp in English and then you get clear answers. They were very much on time, which I liked alot. For personal contact, you should have a translation app, which is understandable. Hardly anyone in Vietnam speaks fluent English. I am happy to recommend John!

  Life saver! After our hotel (that’s a little far out) said they had no more bikes to rent us I found these guys on Google and sent them a message. They responded within a few minutes, were very reasonably priced (200VND/day/bike) including the drop off and pick up of the bikes (~20 minute drive to/from our hotel) which was immediate might I add. All in all this was an excellent service I highly recommend very professional and fast to respond and extremely flexible! 10/10!!!

  Excellent service. I contacted them through google and got an instant reply. The owner was very kind and generous enough to deliver the rental bike to my hotel. Pricing was also quite affordable and the motorbike was in a perfect condition. Highly recommend this service to whoever maybe in need of a rental bike here in phu quoc.

  I recently rented two motorcycles from John for 3 days on the island of Phu Quoc , and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Booking Process: A quick whatsapp chat with him and the bikes arrived within an hour, we paid a small deposit which was returned in full at the end of the rental. Customer Service: The staff that delivered the scooters were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided a thorough briefing on the motorcycle I was renting. The Motorcycle: We rented two Honda scooters and The bike was well-maintained, and you could tell it was regularly serviced. The ride was smooth, and low on fuel costs. Return Process: Returning the bike was just as easy, the staff came to the hotel to pick them up. The staff quickly inspected the motorcycle, and I received my deposit back without any hassle. Overall, my experience with John Motorcycle rental Phu Quoc exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a motorcycle. I can’t wait for my next adventure with them!   This is a good place to rent a motorbike for a reasonable price, 200k VND / day. We got a Honda Airblade automatic, which drove OK, but occasionally showed the "Engine fault". Once it even stopped on the way. But eventually, we figured out that when this sign appeared, you needed to shut the bike down and it would disappear. So, to conclude, reasonable price but the condition of the motorbike was not excellent.

  Edit: Not returning customers. It’s seems like after this place got so many reviews they went to shit (requested by owner by the way; will keeps pestering until you write one.) They now requested to hold my passport in which I’m not comfortable with. Other rental places in this area seem to be all from the same business. So call around. Don’t let them hold your passport hostage. At first I’ve agreed on a deposit, but they still bring me the wrong scooter. Bad business. All price is the same nothing special. Price was very reasonable. 200,000 dong (8usd) for a day rental. They came and drop off the moped and came by to pick it up. Full service. They have both electrical and gas scooters/ motorbikes. Owner spoke English, communication was easy. No deposit.
